The hotel is decent to stay with family. the rooms are well kept and clean. Food is good and the buffet spread is also decent. The only area they need to work on is their service time. Room check in took us nearly 30 mins with the reception offering us tea and coffee... housekeeping also took nearly 30 mins to get extra towels and the extra bed. Apparently, they had a large number of guests that day. This episode apart, the service was good and the room was comfortable. Decent amount of parking space. The approach to the hotel is a bit dodgy and there is a mosque nearby and the noise from there can be irritating at times.

the hotel rooms were nice but a few facilities (promised in the description) were missing like slippers, hair dryer, functioning in-room refrigerator etc. Additionally and MOST IMPORTANT, the staff has zero sense of hospitality. There was no bell boy and no help from the hotel whatsoever. We received a parcel and requested the hotel to deliver it to our room, but the hotel staff was very rude about it.

Worst hotel. It started and finished in 5 steps and unclean beds. I do not recommend. I am really upset that mm t is recommending such hotels

Stay was comfortable. No problem at all. Food is also good. Checkin is from 2pm but the room was ready at around 3:15pm

The property is not suitable for business travellers as the hotel is situated in a crowded lane and also the rooms are very very small. After several requests the bed linen was changed as the linen had blood stains and was not clean. Pillow cover was also very dirty
rooms had small cockroaches and require a thorough pest control service
bath towel had left out detergent smell and was very rough as they were giving the linen and towels for outside laundry

Had to wait for an hour for check in as their room was not ready and when they gave the room it had bad smell in it so again had to wait so that they can clean up again, rooms are too small for the price food is not good and rooms are not sound proof so you will hear horn and train noise all the time would not recommend any one
