Hotel Apex International, Mumbai – Highly Disappointing ⭐ 1/5 I recently booked a stay at Hotel Apex International in Mumbai, and it was an absolute nightmare. The online pictures are completely misleading—possibly taken 20 years ago or edited to hide the current reality. Here's my experience: Entrance & Ambience: The hotel's entrance is dated and poorly maintained, far from the welcoming façade shown online. The moment you step inside, you're greeted by a pervasive, unpleasant odor. Corridors & Rooms: The corridors reek of insecticide, likely used to combat a bedbug infestation, and this smell carries into the rooms. The rooms themselves are dismal—filled with a chemical stench, making it nearly impossible to relax. Bathroom: The bathroom was in a deplorable state. The tiles were covered in mold, and the odor was unbearable. Basic amenities like a clean mirror were missing, and the overall hygiene was substandard. Facilities: Contrary to what was advertised, there was no TV or mirror in the room. The bedsheets and pillows were dirty and smelly, making sleeping there extremely uncomfortable. Customer Service: The staff, particularly a *** named Yogesh, was shockingly rude. His demeanor gave the impression that he was doing guests a favor by speaking to them, which only added to the unpleasantness of the stay. This hotel is a complete misrepresentation of what is advertised online. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Attaching pictures (as mentioned) for you to judge for yourself.
