What i appreciated the most was that the stay was clean and hygienic. Their 24/7 assistance was most appreciated since we came back to the room at around 11 30 and they were available at the reception to bill our food purchases. Would definitely stay here every-time i visit mumbai in the near future.

Good experience. Deal and services provided was great. Staff is very polite and courteous. Rooms very neat and clean and one of the best experience. If you are alone then go for dormitory. Us consulate is around 1. 5 to 2 km 8 min by cab or auto. Overall stay experience was good.

I had never stayed in dorm before so for me it was a different experience. I can understand it’s difficult to keep it absolutely clean, but yeah that’s what you can get in 2k in santacruz

I found it to be a very good and clean hotel. The reception area and the rooms are very clean and hygienic. The only issue i faced was very slow wifi internet service.

The stay was good but there were some minor issues:
1. There was a rat in my room for 3 days!
2. There were many mosquitos in my room and other dorms also which were very annoying and affected my sleep very much. 3. Whenever someone took a bath in the common bathrooms the water came outside and the whole floor of the bathroom was soaking wet!

Was a great experience, could have been better. There can to be a 24 hour kitchen. The bed was good however the room was smelly, when we entered it.
