Overall I'd rate this was an average experience and would avoid staying here if 'm spending that amount of money. I did not the usual warmth usually found in excellent hotels worldwide. (Maybe its reserved for foreigners using this hotel.. i would'nt know)
This was from landside. Had an overnight stay to catch an early flight. There is no direct taxi to the hotel entrance. It was via the departure that connected from the parking lot through various levels. This was inconvenient, because I had heavy suitcases to lug around.
Checkin experience: Was smooth. The lady first refused to acknowledge that I had a breakfast included in the booking (until I showed her the details on the reservation).
The room and bathroom was clean. Sufficient drinking water bottles provided. Though dad only enough coffee for 1 person (2 small tubular satchets).
Had a cold continental breakfast (cold milk, cereral and fruits), although we could do with a warm one so early in the morning. There were no coffee or tea in the breakfast menu at this time.

Very strategic location inside of terminal 2 mumbai airport. Just show the booking to security at airport gate and u can enter .
