Hotel room was quite small. Had cockroaches in room and bathroom. Bedsheets were not clean. Staff behaviour was good. Hotel location was good. Front desk manager was rude.

Rooms were ok and food was fine. Property was in great location though amenities were close to zero. Even washroom water was muddy and not clean. I wont be recommending it to others.

Bad Experience Bad Service Staff do not wear clean uniform Staff not groomed. The room washroom is very small with no proper light in the room room is cold no room amanity poor very bad experience room wall dirty. The charger point is not working properly, The room is not clean which means it should be dry badsheet dirty pillow cover dirty not shining if we are paying 4000 for one night basic requirement must need we had lunch also butter chicken is just ok tandoori roti size Quality and Quantity is big concern totally disappointed

Our overall stay at lords hotel was ok, rooms were small and it was upgraded to superior room by the manager due to our late check in, it was a good gesture by the manager but superior room didn’t look like a superior, it was below average. There was only one tooth brush available for 2 person booking. Cleaning was not done on time. Door lock was not working properly. Good point about our staying at this hotel is. Food was good and hotel location was good.

Stay is good but rooms are very small in size. 😒 The service was slow on the first day of our stay but it improved after that. 👍 #travel #vacation #hotel
