Was a very pleasant stay. The bell boys were exceptionally helpful - I would highly recommend tourist to stay here

good proximity to lamington road(computer market) and the property is well maintained. Happy hour from 6-8pm at the rooftop bar is very good and view is spectacular. Multiple restaurant option available and staffs are really freindly and helpful, highly recommended.

The hotel good

The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast food has a wide variety of choices and is of good quality. The front desk and doorman staff are very friendly and provide first-class service. The hotel environment is beautiful and comfortable. I will stay here again.

Normal Similar to a Korean business hotel The price is high because it is a Diwali holiday. There are security checks like airports The building is unique, but there is no space to photograph it. View got a cheap room and there is an apartment across the street. Breakfast is Chinese, local, Western, and desserts and fruits. The service to store luggage after check-out for sightseeing was good.

Everything was awesome… from food to service. Will always stay there when I come to India.

Staff was amazing from the very beginning. Felt they went above and beyond for us.

For the price we paid, the rooms were very small, and the quality breakfast experience at a 5 star hotel, I felt, was lacking. Beds were comfortable, and the location was good. However when staying in Mumbai, I much rather recommend Nariman Point and ***** the ocean front stay. However, unfortunately, you will not find a Mariott hotel in that area.

Inevitably, perhaps, our stay at the Grand Central was fantastic. This was our only 5 star hotel stay in our 3-weeks in India so we don’t have anything to compare it with, but its splendour, comfort and quality shone through in every detail. We opted for the Executive Club Exclusive because it has the window seat which made for a fabulous spot to relax. We had the breakfast which, though primarily Indian fare, catered for all tastes. Uber is so good in Mumbai that to us it wasn’t that important which neighbourhood we stayed in, but Parel isn’t the loveliest of locales.

This is my opinion and based on my stay here at the itc grand central. Although it’s stated that this is a 5star hotel I would put it at 3 to 3.5 stars only. From the minute we entered the room everything seem dated and set in the 80’s. Unfortunately we had to make quite a few complaints through out our stay for things that would be avoided for a 5star rating.

Hotel is excellent on par with some of the best. Rooms are comfortable and up to date. The decor is beautiful and reminiscent of a bygone era but with modern appointment. Area around is so so but safe
