One of the worst experience ever in 5 star. This hotel deserves 2 star !! And really don’t understand for what they are charging so high. So here are bunch of issues i faced :
- as committed by the staff, to provide a coffee and something to eat at 5:15am due to my flight. From 5:15 till 5:40, they were keep saying that the breakfast and coffee is on the way, and never reached to me.
- the bed and the quilt was not clean as per 5 star standard.
- The furniture was broken and dirty. With lot of stains.
- the carpet was not cleaned and have many stains on it.
- the towels were really old. Even you provide a clean one but its still old, almost near to torn off.
- the slippers were really low cost and easy to slip in washroom
- i was delayed by 1 hour for cancellation. But this hotel didn’t canceled my booking.
- the toiletries seems like been used before. And the washrooms doesn’t have the feel of 5 star at all.
It would be better if you change the tag from 5 start to 2/3 star and start charging nominal charges. But definitely not 13k per night.
