Neat and clean property with all facilities. Staff is very helpful and caring. Satellite TV, WiFi, air conditioning, food variety, bar, pool etc, all are good. Electric switch controller in room is latest technology and sometimes issues to operate if you are not used to it.

My stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly. A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience. That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience. While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.

It was the wedding of our daughter and we were guests of the family of the groom. It was very special and we were treated like royalty. The staff were outstanding and won a place in our hearts. We were so sad to leave them.We really enjoyed the gym, the rooftop pool and the restaurants. We breakfasted like kings, snacked on fish and chips and Club sandwiches. The bridal lunch was very special: an Asian fusion that blew us away. Nighttime drinks were also a real treat.

Utkarsh goswami as a room attendant was fantastic. Clean room and food service. Room 706. Very friendly and always attentive. Good hotel with amenities and good restaurants especially Goma was great. Good cafe in the hotel as well with friendly staff.
