Even black coffee was not available. The staffs were polite - but unhelpful for basic items.

The room is clean, the staff service attitude is very friendly I stayed in India for a month, and this hotel gave me the best impression There is enough hot water to take a shower, and there is a refrigerator for ice water If you don't like restaurant food, there are many restaurants nearby, which is very convenient, and it is far from the airport. Although it is next to the subway station (the room looks out to the 2F of the subway station) But it doesn't feel as noisy as expected

Close to the airport, which is very convenient. There is no particular problem with the service, and I would like to use it next time if there is an opportunity. A good point is that there was a free car delivery to the airport.

No issues with price or location. Will use again next time

Rooms are very good. Stayed in premium room with all amenities. Room is sufficient for two people. Housekeeping, reception and restaurant services were good. Spread for breakfast and dinner were good. They could keep curd for dinner which was not to be. Staff were courteous.

Slow check in with unfriendly staff. TowerB lift is far at the back corridor of the crowded lobby. Basic breakfast with little variety. Asked for a glass of hot water but they give me only lukewarm water Limited seatings. They make you wait outside until they can find you a table. Dinner is better. Foods are delicious. Just remember tea and coffee is not included on the price. Uninviting indoor swimming pool. Rooms are roomy. Location is near to the aiport. So get a olace to sleep but don't expect too much.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and seems to have a good location in general. Our rooms were basic and slightly dated. The shower was tricky to use and was a hand-held one. Breakfast was only OK. The bar was dark but the staff were friendly and the food was nice that we had in the bar. I wouldn't stay again but it was OK for our two night stay.

We stayed in Kohinoor Continental for Friday, Saturday and Sunday to attend Gurpurab with family. It is located at heart of city. Entire staff is courteous. Would like to thank Chandan, Abhijeet, Pramod, Sagar, Shivam, Santosh, Pranali, Shrawan, carpenter and Guy at reception during our checkin and checkout. F&B staff and manager were considerate and they did help with small customisation during breakfast for my senior citizen father. Overall it was a pleasant stay, we would love to visit again

I checked out in your hotel after 7 days room 509B Your hotel charged me 2800 per day dor extra bed but actually they did not provide me extra bed.on enquiring they told me that they forgot to provide .However i didnot have time to argue at end ,i paid ,but i urge you to lookinto it and return the money as its not justified

I must also commend the courteous and attentive staff, especially Namrata and Ameya, who went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed. Their hospitality made a significant difference in my experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting for business or leisure. It offers great service, comfort, and a sense of home away from home.
