I visited this hotel on a business trip, but it was an utter disappoin**ent. As I booked the room through an online portal, they gave a small room. The actual room offered to me is very different from what is shown on pictures on the online platform . After speaking with them I was informed that all rooms are sold out, but they can upgrade my room with some extra money. I agreed upon this and they provided an upgraded room, which was spacious and near and clean from the earlier one. The hotel needs renovation and the front house staff needs to be more courteous towards customers, I feel.

The hotel is very near the beach, the free breakfast is good but I thin they should add more items to choose, the service was really good but unfortunately my room smelled urine all the time

This hotel was not customer friendly and rude
They started putting restriction no sooner we took key
No guest allowed in room
De***ded proof of marriage which usually no one Carries
So I had to return key without using the hotel
Kindly refund my room rent

Not worth the money. Bad breakfast I didn’t even go for breakfast the second morning Bathroom is extremely dirty. Just look at the photos.Couldn’t even have decent shower because of low water pressure and water not warm enough. Only positive aspect was the friendly checkin experience.
