Room and washroom was clean but there were mosquitos. But good budget hotel in that area.

This is not a crystal crown hotel. There is no signboard, and a different name is written on a shabby board. One floor of the building is being used as accommodation. The building is old and it doesn't even look like a hotel, so it took more than 30 minutes just to find it. The inside of the hotel is not very clean, so don't expect breakfast

Aarmoedig en vies!
We hadden 2 excutieve kamer geboekt, wat heel luxe eruit ziet op de foto's en moet zijn gezien de prijs. helaas kan ik beide kamers niet onder dit categorie plaatsen.
De plafond van badkamer valt bijna uit elkaar en zit vol met schimmels. zeer onprettig en onveilig hierin te douchen. Achter het raam van binnen keek ik naar allerlei pijpen en 2 airco blokken. Dit heb ik gezegd dat dit toch niet de bedoeling is maar zij vinden het iets normaals. De gordijnen vallen bijna uit elkaar. De raam was zo vies dat je nauwelijks doorheen kon kijken. Op mijn verzoek hebben ze wat schoongemaakt maar toch niet echt schoon geworden. logisch al het lange tijd niet schoon gemaakt wordt, het lijkt net als of de kamers met een snelheid schoongemaakt worden en de details overgeslagen worden, de badkamerspiegel was niet om aan te zien. Het bedden goed en baddoeken roken ook niet fris. Op de gang staan allerlei troep en grote open vuilnisbakken. Dus hygiëne is hier ver te zoeken. Ook de faciliteiten die aangeboden worden volgens kamer gegevens kloppen niet, ao dat de kamer elke dag schoongemaakt wordt, tijdens ons 3 daagse verblijf nie***d van de schoonmaak gezien! Geen loungestoel ,thee/koffie pot,waterkoker,theezakje gezien. Water kregen we de 1e dag na vragen 1 klein flesje.
Het is echt niet waard voor de prijs die ze vragen. Ik heb eerder goedkopere kamers geboekt in india, simpel maar wel schoon. De hotel naam klopt ook niet, het heet hotel kornak en van Oyo concern. De foto's die je op website getoond worden zien er helemaal niet uit zoals ze in het echt zijn!!!!!!

Quick efficient reception but not overtly friendly. we chose a room that has been renovated recently and was very comfortable and nice food great with wide array of food. need more USB ports as world has gone electonic. although nice site, traffic was crazy but thats Mumbai

The staff is helpful, but the bedsheet, blanket and pillowcases are not clean they were not changed after last use. Mattress was bit firm but ok for sleep. AC, fan and TV were working. Phone has got lot of dust on it. Bathroom and toilet were ok, hot water provided, towel again is not clean. No name board outside, and is upstairs, so difficult to find it if you come in the night. Never buy or order food from the ( Azwan ? )restaurant menu card in the room, the food was horrible, I personally went to restaurant to get a takeaway, its not only untasty but the ingredients used especially the oil ( is stale )are not good, and left a bad taste in the mouth.
