A pleasant stay at IBIS HOTEL BKC MUMBAI. Clean accomodation, we are well taken care by friendly and attentive staff through out our stay here .. especially the housekeeping team of Ramesh and Sayali. This is a highly recommended hotel. Breakfast was nice and fresh. Room service orders are fresh and good.

I reached the hotel at 13:30. I have to leave for work at 3:30. I thought I'll check in the room & rest for 1 hour & then I'll leave by 3:30. After Waiting for almost 2 hours now Finally I'm leaving from here without getting & room or check-in, Left my bag at the reception & its not affecting them at all as if its a take it or leave it deal once you are in the hotel after booking. The Front desk staff & the duty manager (Neha Verma) repeating the same line for last 2 hours... "10 more minutes - 10 more minutes". They were saying the Hotel Check-in timing is 2 pm. I don't know about other IBIS Hotels but this IBIS BKC, Mumbai service is RIDICULOUS. So think 3 times before booking it here at IBIS BKC, Mumbai. I hope I'll get a room once be back in the night.

This is my first visit in ibis bkc Mumbai with my family. I already visited multiple ibis properties regularly and also the same awesome experience which we received from the ibis bkc. The buffet spread was excellent and tasty. Service quality is quick and superb specially Mr mayuresh who takes care till end and chef Harsh given very tasty dosa omelette and waffles for us. Thank you ibis bkc see you soon again

Overall a good place, nearby BKC and convenient to go to US Consulate. One main thing to improve is to have either driver accomodation or permission for drivers to stay in hotel campus and use restroom. Food taste is average. Staff is helpful but need to be trained for corner conditions. It took 15 min to checkout.
