The hotel is cheating everyone with the background kept on website ....Please be careful to select this as they don't even return the cancellation . We complained trip.com to helo us refund ,however the hotel didn't refund the amount . I have one advise to trip. Com to assess the quality of the hotel before providing stars to such hotel.
It's was disgusting experience.
I would never believe such non class hotel.

This is such an hotel, you feel like you are living in a platform. Third grade staff and boys, even they do not care about guest and use such a filthy language and worst attitude. Mosquitoes are your friends and there is no good ambience. I never thought of such a hotel i live in my life.

pathetic experience. No service and bad dirty rooms. Stinking and no curtains in shape. No lift, No in house kitchen or restaurant, they just do booking WITH BREAKFAST but nothing in house. no cutlery, bad food vendor, rooms very small, not advisible to anyone.

My stay at the hotel was disappointing (as i was charged inr 3466. 18 for a night with breakfast, but received subpar service. Despite being charged for breakfast, i was only offered a very limited choice of street food brought in from outside. Additionally, essential amenities like sugar, tea-coffee, creamer, and dental/shaving kits were not provided, leaving much to be desired in terms of overall experience.

Hotel location was very easy locate .. and front end staff was really friendly ..Good place to stay ..well maintained rooms and food was really good and good location good service .. check in / check out was hassle free and over all good service ..

The hotel fell far short of expectations based on the images provided – no elevator, and notably, no on-site canteen. This has been my most disappointing hotel experience to date.

Room did not look pleasing on entering. Room no. 005 i was staying had dirty mucky wall. The curtain was dirty and was not properly attached on the runners. The shower in the bath was leaky and not flowing well. The room was very close to the reception and could hear the staff speaking very loudly. The sheets and blanket cover wasn’t clean so had to ask to change. Although staff were trying to give good service despite all above condition.
