This is not a place to stay for couples and families. No direct telivision, no dental and shaving kit provided, food service is very poor and they serve as per their convenience not as per guest request. Room cleaning is terrible and require repeated requests.

Totally worth hotel, poor service or misbehave staff Wife not working in my room when I asked hotel staff staff sad what can we do. Sai Leela Residency is a very bad and useless hotel. Neither the staff behaviour is good nor the services. When I checked in the room, there was a smell in the room. The linen was damaged. The linen has not been changed. Overall, the total thing is worth it. There are no supplies in the room. The cleaning is also not good. The linen has not been changed. There is a smell in the linen.
