To begin with the checkin process was really smooth but the room was too far from the lift we had to walk a long way each time we had to go out.The hotel reception didn’t even provide the services of taking the parcel and delivering to the room but its understandable due to the current environment. A hotel like Taj was out of stock of bath salt can this be believed? unfortunately this was the case. Finally it was the worst ever breakfast we had in a 5 star rated hotel, the pav was not fresh,tea was full watery the only good thing was pan cake and the watermelon juice. Had lots of expectations from Taj that led to disappointment.

Location is not far from the airport, 20-25 minutes by car. Not in the downtown area, but quiet. The airport pick-up is a bit expensive, Rs. 945. If I take a taxi, I leave the hotel to the airport for 400, which is more than half cheaper. But the service was good, otherwise I did n’t download uber or ola, and it was not easy to find a car by taxi to the hotel, because I was out of the airport. The hotel rooms are nice, the area is not small, the facilities are quite complete, there are toiletries, disposable slippers. The wifi speed is okay, but it is limited to two devices for free. There are many kinds of breakfast, Chinese, Western and Indian. Recommended.

Stayed at ITC Maratha for a couple of days with my family for a leisure vacation at Mumbai. Had requested for adjacent rooms for my kids that was taken care of. On checkin I was upgraded to the pool view rooms. The service and the food were exceptionally good. The food was deliciously tasty and special thanks to the whole culinary team at the Peshwa Pavilion. Chef Sridhar Patra and Chef Pravin Patil were great hosts at the breakfast table, we enjoyed some cooking tips exchange, and they also took special care of my young son who loves food. Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful. The dinner buffet spread was also very lavish, and the decor of Peshwa Pavilion is just too nice. Overall very nice stay and my family thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Just wanting to visit Mumbai again and stay there

The conditions and facilities are of a four-star standard, it is also close to the airport and there is an Indian restaurant next to it which is delicious. We were flying very early and didn't catch breakfast, the hotel prepared breakfast to take away. The hotel has a large patio with a pool inside, so there are a lot of mosquitoes! The service attitude is very good! Overall stay was awesome. Front office department staff was awesome and very friendly. Housekeeping department staff is very trained and done great room service. This hotel is around 10 mins drive by ola/uber from Terminal 2 ( Airport ) and charges applicable are between 200-250 INR by app based taxi which is pretty cheap. Hotel is located next to some international school so it's easy to locate. Area of the hotel seems pretty decent and safe to stay. However closest mall ( Phoenix ) is around 30 mins by auto / cab. Now coming back to the stay, we booked on room only basis as we had flight next day early morning so did not get to try their restaurant. Coming to the room : Check in was very smooth, rooms are small but equipped with all amenities , extremely clean and quality linen , hot water 24x7 , good front desk, in room tea coffee maker with 2 complimentary water bottles. I paid around 5.5k in INR per night which i found was on a little higher side compared to the size of the room. Overall our stay was very satisfactory and we did not face any issues while we were staying here.

Located very conveniently next to the Airport, staff was friendly and helpful as well. Bed and bathroom was clean, I couldn't find the hot water switch though. Mumbai was hot enough so I didn't bother asking. WiFi in my room was available standing next to the door only, good enough for a quick email checkup. Luggage storage is available as well, all in all a good experience, I might stay there again.
