"I always liked Swiss Bel. SURABAYA Manyar can improve. Breakfast they were clearly shorthanded.。couldn't find staff when needed and also the food was cold and not replenished in timely manner. Was a disappointment . When i went to the pool in evening, it was occupied with big group of guys and it was clear i was not going to be able to even swim. It's a lap pool but I think many take it as s giant group jacuzzi. Again, no sign of stsff around.
Otherwise nice bed and room is good size."

"Menginap untk pertama kalinya di Alimar hotel karena dekat dengan kampus C Unair. Mendapat kamar yang bagus viewnya yaitu arah Kampus Unair. Kebersihan dan fasilitas cukup bagus, petugas ramah, hanya sarapan sangat sedikit menunya."

"Towels looks a bit dull. Coffee machine can’t use. The shower head stand already broken. We can’t use the shower without holding because always fall down. Unfortunately the house keeping when make up the room didn’t ask the man to fix it instead just propped up the head shower. I think it will continue broken until there are guests who complain. Others are okay, breakfast very satisfactory."

EeverydaytravelThis is the best hotel i could find when i go travelling in Surabaya. I like how the towel is wrapped by plastic showing that its new and not used by other. The facility also is good, theres a refridgerator that you can use to cool foods and drinks. The wifi is also good and fast. The one thing that i dont like is maybe they cant refresh your card right away if youre extending your stay, but its good that the steward is willingly to help you to open your door until 2 pm.

AAnonymous UserHonest yes. Weve sometimes got a nice room. It means cold ac. It just so happens that the air conditioner isn't cold, can't change the room, the plugs are enough for the refrigerator and TV. There's no cable. There is no connection plug. There is no doormat. Ask to fix the air conditioner too, can't. I swear I don't want to put it on 307. It's bad. Got to this room 2x and it's really bad. Puanas
