Hotels Near Jungle Festival in Mulyaharja

all the staff are very friendly, lobby, corridor, rooms, bathrooms and restaurants are clean. unfortunately the breakfast is less varied, no cereal, a lot of heavy food. the parking lot hopes to be better repaired

We book 3 rooms for 2 nights. Two wasn't ready when we checked in at 2.30 PM. The cleanliness in room needs to upgrade. The food in restaurant is tasteless. The variant of food needs to expand. The hospitality and the knowledge of some staff also needs to be improved. The staff near pool can't inform what time the pool would be closed. The male pool staff yelled at me (April 21 around 6 pm) because I need to borrow towel from the pool to cover child's head from heavy rain. I put the towel by the pool. I know the rules. But he didn't yell at some men before me who ran while wrapping their bodies with towels. The parking lot security was helpful. I am not going to recommend this hotel to my acquittance anyway.

I stayed at this hotel for an office event. I do not know for what consideration I was placed in a smoking room. As soon as I entered the room, I felt suffocated because the smell of cigarettes was so strong. I tried calling the front office, but the phone didn't work. As a result I had to get off the 10th floor, after waiting for the elevator to go up to the 10th floor for 5 minutes, and to get back down I had to wait another 5 minutes. What a waste of time. Finally I was able to move rooms, fortunately it was still available. The elevator is a bit wobbly when used, like it's in an earthquake and this is a bit scary. The food is quite varied, although the taste is just standard. The room floor is a thick carpet, but unfortunately not cleaned. I know the carpet in my room wasn't cleaned during my 3 day stay, because the position of the chair remained the same and the pieces of tissue on the carpet were still there. It looks like the curtains haven't been cleaned for a long time either. I still feel the dust sticking to every cloth in the room. Many of the furniture has been damaged by time and may need repair. Likewise with the lobby carpet and on the very worn carpet stairs, please clean it. The lobby parking lot is very congested, the paving blocks are disturbing because of the holes and the exits are very congested. The only thing that makes this hotel chosen by people is because of its location in the middle of the city. For a hotel this old, the rate is too expensive. Hopefully there will be improvement from management.

they had 2 parking areas. in front of lobby n empty land nearby. will be great if u get in front of the lobby

Not so far from Jakarta and outside hectic crowded Bogor city. Love the Balinese ambience since entering the lobby. The architecture reminds me with one property at Seminyak Bali. Property is maintained, thumbs up for this. We requested all booked room to be twin-bed and low floor ( due to one guest is a senior guest) The room was clean. Love the safety measure of double front door of room. Window blinders need improvement. The shower was hot and amenities from coffee/tea/bathrobe and shower room were good. At night cafe/resto had a good ambience just to sit down and chill. Love the family staycation feeling as many young family and children around. Breakfast was okay, enough for this price level. Love the paddy field at the area of the resort Over all am satisfied to bring my family here. Will definitely return again in a near future for staycation.

I have an office event today at highland Park Resort,,,, staying at Mongolian and lunch at the coffee shop,,,, really the atmosphere is so beautiful,,, while we enjoy the food can see the mountains,,,, the service is also 2 thumbs up,,, I saw a man with a sharp eyebrow stalking me, I asked the receptionist,, it turns out that it was his GM very friendly,,,,, it turns out what a GM is doing with his employees,keep a good service.

Been here for sudden booking. But it was too late to enjoy the facilities. Small parking area so some of cars were park in pararel in front of lobby. My first room was stink, they said from rubber sealant, but i think it was too much. As well my second room, but this was better. Some areas, rooms and corridors need touchup and small details. Nice view from room but you will hear noisy from traffic after midnite if you stay in road view (front side). Friendly and helpful staff. Will come back to this hotel oneday. Hotel was in a great location not far from toll exit. Food was great , i specially love hainam chicken rice at breakfast and they have many selection of eggs corner, not just omellet or sunny side up..but they have eggs benedict, salisbury eggs and many more my kids love to play at kids club and outdoor activities... will come back for sure

nature hotel near by puncak. i was stay here last year and very happy! the staff name Alva help me a lot to stay here even im booked sudden but he give me room with pool view, and the hotel have facilities like a zoo (ada kandang ayam&burung) very amazing service! make us not bored during stay here. will come back soon!

Good place, good location. Not too far away from exit tol gadog, large area. Nice people's/ staff. Really recomended resort who find a place to escape and relaxe. They have a glamping unit also, which is so beautiful..anyway thank you for all the jsi team, especially mrs. Defi as receptionist for the hospitality service.
