Great for a stop over while travelling along the River Rhine. Location is close to town. Good value for money. Clean and functional throughout. Kehan was fantastic. So helpful and attentive. Nice breakfast layout and good coffee. Highly recommend.

the worst hotel I have ever been to, the worst staff I have ever met. the worst breakfast ever, there wasn't even bread for everyone, I didn't get anything. it was supposed to be a budget hotel, but the price was the same as a mormalt Ibis. and then it is completely wrong and almost impossible to find.

Smoke-filled rooms, wet carpets in front of the shower with black mold. An annoyed woman at the reception who spoke neither German nor English. After the third room offered to us had mold, we looked for another hotel. I have never seen anything so bad. I can only advise against this hotel as it is harmful to your health!

One night in transit. Excellent location near the highway, in a suburban and commercial area. Quiet at night. Average quality and service, price perhaps a little under (in the sense that for a room for 3 we are talking about €75 without breakfast). In my case, the bar and breakfast were not available, and the vending machines for water and drinks were broken. The hotel does not have a lift.

The hotel is quite far away, which is a problem for those with limited mobility, but we were driving, so it was ok. The place has parking. We arrived to check in at 2:40 pm and the hotel was closed! There was no reception, the door was locked and there was an anteroom with a machine saying that check-in only takes place between 3 pm and 5 pm. We had to wait 3 pm for the receptionist to open the door and see us. In the room (for a couple), the bed was very hard, the blanket was single and the pillows were as thin as paper (horrible). The bathroom had no shampoo, hair dryer, soap... (we had to buy it). There is no breakfast and the reception is not available if you need anything outside of business hours (3 pm - 5 pm). The hotel does not have an elevator, so if you have someone with reduced mobility, it is best to be prepared. In short: I found the hotel to be very poor for an Ibis, it needs to pay more attention to customers and I don't know if I would go back.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, die Steckdose in meinem Zimmer war kaputt (beim Waschbecken) die Lüftung in der Dusche nicht existent (nur ein Loch in der Decke). In der Toilette gibt es keine Abluft. Die Dame an der Rezeption eher unfreundlich. Der Herr morgens beim Frühstück war sehr lieb und zu vorkommend. Für eine Nacht ist das Hotel völlig ok. Gibt aber deutlich bessere b&b Hotels.
