It is close to the train station, and behind it is a commercial area like a pedestrian street. The streets are spacious, and underground are EDEKA, ALDI and other shopping malls. Very convenient hotel, thumbs up!

quite big rooms, bathtub, clean. not the widest selection at breakfast, but tasty. more consistent presence at the reception would be helpful. often there was nobody there, at various hours of the day, morning and afternoon. fitness and sauna are tiny, though good enough for a sweat.

the hotel is located in very convenient place where subway and train are connected. Further, there are everything around Hotel such as restaurant, shops pharmacy etc. especially, the location of COVID test is very nearby in case you need to take. Staff are very friendly and willing to help the guest.

Since the BW is and remains our first choice within the "Forum" shopping center in Mülheim and the main train station!!! Overall, this is our second stay here (1st: Aug. 2020); we are looking forward to "corona-free" times... when the bar is open and there is generally more in the shopping center!?

80s. Cold rooms. Uncomfortable and worn. Smells of smoke in the hotel and the non-smoking room. Car park not open overnight, car is locked. Not modern despite highest price in town. Price/performance ratio not in proportion.

Das Hotel befindet sich in der 5 Etage eines Einkaufszentrums und ist über einen Aufzug zu erreichen. Die Rezeption befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Das Zimmer (18) was ich hatte war verhältnismäßig groß, ca. 25 qm, mit Klimaanlage und Minibar. Die Steckdosen neben den Betten sind sehr schlecht zu erreichen, diese liegen unter der Ablage. Ohne sich auf den Boden zu knien kann man diese nicht erreichen. Insgesamt war das Zimmer für ein 4-Sterne Hotel etwas verwohnt, aber noch ok. Sehr störend und negativ war das gepolter von dem, auf der 4 Etage befindlichen Fitnessstudios. Bis ca. 23:30 Uhr hört man ständig gepolter, von sehr wahrscheinlich Gewichten, Hanteln oder Geräten.

Man kann ohne Ohrstöpsel nicht schlafen. Unterhalb des Hotels gibt es ein Fitnessstudio, welches bis 24 Uhr Krach macht. Der Fernseher empfängt sein Programm mit Aussetzern, so dass man kein Fernsehen durchweg sehen kann.
