Hotel is ok. Basic
But the shower area condition is really bad.
Pls scrub room 225 shower area. All the corners and sides are slippery with aglae.
Other than that pretty ok stay. Right within the shopping area with eateries all around.

Worst breakfast ever, lacks variety and non palatable for its price. Bed is hard and non standard, when u flush the toilet bowl, the water is yellowish in color. Our lavatory is clogged. Lacks maintenance.
When u want to sit in the lobby to relax, all their chairs are rugged and torn and darkish. Was thinking of myself having insects biting my butt upon sitting. Needs maintenance

A very disappointing experience for my brother - Michael Brentley who is from UK. Booking was booked and paid but upon checking in he was refused entry until after one hour of explanation and finally allowed to check in to his room at 12 midnight. Staff was not trained enough to acknowledge booking through trips.com
