1.bidet not clean.. also shower room got customer hair even the the room just after the cleaning services.
2.TV no signal.. 
3.system announced can check in 2pm.. when i got there 2.30 pm still cannot check inn, front desk said room not clean yet.. 😂 and i need to wait more than half an hour.. 💁🏻♀️

The TV could hardly be seen. It's blurred. 
No small fridge in the room.
The room was clean.

Nang mantap, strategic places for stay. Nerby all the attraction and shops,

no fridge, no hair dryer provided, overall just nice

Good services & clean. Nice !! Most probably will choose again if revisit Mukah.

The room is quite spacious and comfortable .

Easy to find food because its near medan mall and got food street if u walk 2/3 minutes from hotel. 

Everything was very easy when comes on booking
