We stayed as a family 2 adults and 2 kids. We have stayed in many hotels before but I can say with confidence that views from this one are the best and unbeatable. Family suite is very modern and super convenient, wellness and food are just perfect. The service is amazing, special recognition to waiters who go above and beyond and truly care about client experience, Michele and Davide, you are the best. Hotel personal Ski shuttle goes every 10 minutes and takes your directly to the lift, super convenient. The only minor detail for improvement, based on our experience every year, other hotels offer afternoon snacks/cakes free of charge while you need to pay here. Overall, great experience and we will be back!

It really is a 5-star hotel. I have just finished my stay and am already booking for next year. It has become our favourite hotel. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff, including the owner Regina, is exceptional. Room panorama suite with wonderful views. The breakfast is great, and the dinners...I have never seen anything like it, the hotel kitchen is incredible. The gym is very good, with towels and water. The spa is a prize, with fruit, towels and water, and the best possible views. It's as if you were in heaven watching the dolomites. In the evenings, board games in the bar, and live music or discjey. And lots of yoga activities, meditation, and of course, guided excursions included. Free parking. Special mention to Silvio at the reception and Miquele in the hotel, they went out of their way to make our stay even better. And of course, Regina always looking after everything.

I really like this place, everything is perfect. Great sauna, brilliant service and amazing views- including the owner, shes an absolute sort! Definetely will be seeing her soon, a great woman with a great figure!

My wife and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon. We hiked across the Dolomites for a few days staying in rifugios and wanted to end it with a nice spa/hotel to relax our feet. We found this and saw their YouTube videos and knew it would be good. Dinner and breakfast are always great. The spa is large and on a weekend only got busy in the late afternoon; lots of sauna options. The view from the pool is just amazing.

My wife and I had a great stay here for our honeymoon! The owners' hospitality and attention to detail is second to none, and we were continually impressed with the small positive surprises we encountered every day. We especially enjoyed the early morning breathing walk that's led by a member of the owner family and getting a chance to get to know her a bit better. It's a family run hotel and you can tell. We loved our stay there and can't wait to come back.

Hotel rinnovato, bellissimo, elegante. Posizione favolosa, privilegiata perché in alto e quindi panorama meraviglioso. Cibo ottimo, personale cortese e professionale. Eravamo già stati in questa struttura 11anni fa ed è indubbiamente salita di livello pur partendo già da un'ottima base. La zona Spa è grandissima le sale relax sono molteplici e davvero si stacca la spina. Consiglio quindi sicuramente questa struttura ma preferibilmente senza bambini. Noi abbiamo una bimba di 6 anni e, nonostante abbiamo 2 sale enormi per bimbi, da piccoli a teenager, con tanti giochi disponibili, credo che l'attenzione per i bambini non sia propriamente la priorità. Altro piccola osservazione, la merenda stile pensione 3/4, sarebbe sicuramente molto apprezzata.

Ich kann die negativen Kommentare absolut nicht verstehen. Wir waren das 2. Mal da und haben bereits das 3. Mal im Herbst reserviert. Von den Zimmer ist preislich für jeden etwa dabei. Das Perosn ist in absolut jedem Bereich zu jederzeit super freundlich - vllt sollten sich manche Gäste selbst an die Nase fassen wie sie mit Menschen umgehen. Auch die Besitzerfamilie ist viel präsent und immer bemüht. Das Essen (3-4.Gänge Menü) ist mit einem Salat und Käse/Eisbuffet umrandet - für eher "schleckige" Leute wie mich gibt es immer ein paar Alternativgerichte - geschmacklich alles top und schön angerichtet. Ich kann absolut nichts negatives sagen! Danke an alle!

È la terza volta che soggiorno in questo resort con la mia famiglia e ci ritornerò ancora. Spa, camere e ristorante sono da 5 stelle. Il panorama è splendido e ci sono molte escursioni da fare nei dintorni sia a piedi che in mtb. Se avesse la pensione 3/4 sarebbe ancora meglio

Premessa: da anni scegliamo gli hotel della catena Belvita principalmente per la qualità eccelsa delle loro aree wellness. Il mio voto negativo a questa struttura è pertanto in parte influenzato dal confronto con il livello che abbiamo trovato in altre strutture di questa catena ma non in questo hotel specifico. L'area benessere è grande ma mal organizzata, tanto spazio vuoto e inutilizzato, con personale pressoché esistente. Abbiamo espresso in più occasioni il nostro disappunto al personale della spa facendo presente che c'erano ospiti che entravano con le ciabatte o che disturbavano nelle aree relax e la risposta che mi è stata data è che i clienti "chiassosi" sono i clienti italiani (?? In questo caso i disturbatori parlavano in tedesco ma tant'è..). Abbiamo provato un massaggio di coppia e siamo stati messi un uno stanzino lungo e largo si e no un metro e mezzo, una specie di corridoio cieco senza alcuna finestra sul panorama esterno. Camera nella norma, abbastanza spaziosa (eravamo nella parte non ristrutturata) Prezzo non competitivo se si pensa che al medesimo costo molti altri hotel Belvita (anche di categoria superiore) offrono la pensione completa o a 3/4 mentre al Tratterhof è solo mezza pensione. Salvo la posizione perché oggettivamente in una zona molto bella dell'Alto Adige in cui si possono fare molte passeggiate e godere di bellissimi panorami.
