I want to express my heartfelt gratitude and congratulations to the hotel owner and management team for creating such an exceptional experience. It’s evident in every detail that they genuinely care about their guests and aim to provide the very best. From the food to the rooms, the spa, the staff, and the breathtaking views, everything exceeded my expectations. While the hotel is rated as 4-star, I would confidently give it a 5-star rating based on my stay. It was a truly pleasant and unforgettable experience, and we definitely plan to return. Only problem we had was wheelchair access to the pool. The pool that transitions from indoors to outdoors has a few steps. Otherwise, for those not traveling with a wheelchair user, there would be absolutely no problems. The spa is spacious with 2 foor with plenty of relaxation rooms, 3 big dry sauna, 1 big steam sauna two large sky pools, one big jacuzzi pool, and a cold-water pool too. The spa opening at 10 a.m. is a significant advantage, as many hotel spas typically open around 3 p.m. During the summer, wheelchair access would likely not be an issue, but in winter, the snow and cold made it challenging to transfer our wheelchair user outdoors. Overall, Tratterhof is a gem of a hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking relaxation, comfort, and stunning views.

What a stay ❤️. We stayed for 2 nights and if we had more time we would have stayed 1 more. One of the best overall experiences we had in a hotel, from the hassle free check in, feeling welcome from the get go the exquisite restaurant experience together with the sublime spa sessions ( family spa too! ) this hotel and its staff were easily catapulted to one of the best experiences we had. Thank you Evelyn, Raquele, josef and all the welcoming staff.

We stayed as a family 2 adults and 2 kids. We have stayed in many hotels before but I can say with confidence that views from this one are the best and unbeatable. Family suite is very modern and super convenient, wellness and food are just perfect. The service is amazing, special recognition to waiters who go above and beyond and truly care about client experience, Michele and Davide, you are the best. Hotel personal Ski shuttle goes every 10 minutes and takes your directly to the lift, super convenient. The only minor detail for improvement, based on our experience every year, other hotels offer afternoon snacks/cakes free of charge while you need to pay here. Overall, great experience and we will be back!

It really is a 5-star hotel. I have just finished my stay and am already booking for next year. It has become our favourite hotel. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff, including the owner Regina, is exceptional. Room panorama suite with wonderful views. The breakfast is great, and the dinners...I have never seen anything like it, the hotel kitchen is incredible. The gym is very good, with towels and water. The spa is a prize, with fruit, towels and water, and the best possible views. It's as if you were in heaven watching the dolomites. In the evenings, board games in the bar, and live music or discjey. And lots of yoga activities, meditation, and of course, guided excursions included. Free parking. Special mention to Silvio at the reception and Miquele in the hotel, they went out of their way to make our stay even better. And of course, Regina always looking after everything.

My wife and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon. We hiked across the Dolomites for a few days staying in rifugios and wanted to end it with a nice spa/hotel to relax our feet. We found this and saw their YouTube videos and knew it would be good. Dinner and breakfast are always great. The spa is large and on a weekend only got busy in the late afternoon; lots of sauna options. The view from the pool is just amazing.

My wife and I had a great stay here for our honeymoon! The owners' hospitality and attention to detail is second to none, and we were continually impressed with the small positive surprises we encountered every day. We especially enjoyed the early morning breathing walk that's led by a member of the owner family and getting a chance to get to know her a bit better. It's a family run hotel and you can tell. We loved our stay there and can't wait to come back.

Wir waren als Paar für eine Woche (erste März-Woche 2025) im Tratterhof Mountain Sky Hotel und waren begeistert. Der Ort Meransen, die Lage des Hotels, der Bergblick und die absolute Ruhe (Nachtruhe) sind kaum zu übertreffen. Der Wellness - und Saunabereich war einzigartig. Insbesondere die Saunaaufgüsse in der Panoramsauna waren ein Erlebnis. Unsere Suite mit Garten hatte einen traumhaften Bergblick. Tolle Gastgeber, sehr nette und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter von der Rezeption bis zum Zimmerservice. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. :-)

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal vom 16.-23.02.2025 (Zimmer 107) im Tratterhof Mountain Sky Hotel und waren wieder absolut begeistert! Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine einmalige Lage, hoch über dem Ort Mühlbach und einem sehenswerten Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, gemütlich und zweckmäßig mit viel Liebe zum Detail und viel Holz eingerichtet. Der SPA-Bereich ist unwahrscheinlich großzügig gestaltet mit mehreren Saunen (Heu-Sauna, Dampfsauna, Finnische Sauna und als Highlight die "Eventsauna", in der großartige Aufgüsse zu verschiedenen Themen (Rock, Romantik, Genuss u.a.) durchgeführt wurden. Der Infinity-Pool und Außen-Whirlpool lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstücks-Buffet ist sehr reichhaltig, umfangreich, für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Omeletts, Spiegeleier oder Pfannkuchen werden frisch zubereitet. Das Servicepersonal ist total freundlich und hilfsbereit und ist stets bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Ganze findet unter den wachsamen Augen der Seniorchefin Frau Gruber statt, die mit ihrer charmanten und warmherzigen Art eine wahre „Grande Dame“ präsentiert und einem das Gefühl gibt, zur Familie zu gehören. Diese Frau ist einfach wunderbar, hat immer eine Umarmung parat und ist immer für eine kleine Unterhaltung zu haben. Das umfangreiche, mehrgängige Abendmenü ist kulinarisch eine Augenweide und ein wahrer Gaumenschmaus. Chefkellner Erik und seine Crew leisten großartige Arbeit, beraten bei der Weinbegleitung und dies alles mit einem Lächeln, dass man sich als Gast einfach wohlfühlen muss! Das Nachspeisen-Buffet, welches jeden Samstag präsentiert wird ist vom anderen Stern. Alle Dessert sind haus- und handgemacht, ein Genuss für die Sinne und fürs Auge! Mit der kostenlosen AlmenCard (Südtirol Guest Pass) kann man in ganz Südtirol die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Busse, Bahn) kostenlos benutzen. An das gesamte Team und besonders an Frau Gruber ein herzliches DANKESCHÖN für diesen unbeschreiblich schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder ... DANKE!
