We stayed 2 nights at the Cyrus Resort and had a very relaxing time. The rooms are comfortable, although we needed to ask how to turn on the TV and how to get hot water (both had their own switch). Only negative was the lack of a fridge. The restaurant served a good range of food at a very reasonable price. The pool was lovely and we spent a good few hour relaxing there. You can hire a boat to take your around the backwaters just a short walk from the hotel, which was a great experience

The location of the resort is far away which is about 18kms from alleppey city center. The stay was good and peaceful. The food was average. The staff is really helpful and things get done faster. We had an amazing stay and overall resort is good

Beautiful, quaint property. Food needs to improve with quality and variety. The plumbing in the bathroom area should also be checked and corrected.
