Good service, clean room

Overall the accommodation is okay. But the room curtain is not very dark. In the evening, if the sun shines, it will feel too bright. The breakfast is very delicious. Everything is delicious. 💖

Is there less than 1? Everything is bad. 1. The wrong cover. Booked a double bed next to the canal for 1,5XX baht. Got a real canal. The canal was in the same condition as in the picture. Thought the canal was clean or by the river because I saw the picture advertised by the river. Got room G6, so I asked the security guard where the room in the picture was. That was zone A. So I went to ask the receptionist if I could move rooms and if there was a double bed. Continued with point 2. 2. The service of the staff. At the reception, there was an old lady wearing glasses. Very bad. Because it was not as advertised, I wanted to move rooms. But that old lady spoke as if I wanted to move rooms for free.  She said, "I don't know. I'll have to check the price first." "Because I booked from the app, the price was cheaper." Then she pretended to pick up the documents in a confused manner with an unhappy face. I just wanted an answer as to how much it would cost to move to zone A and if there was a double bed. That's all. 3. Room G6 had a bathtub but it didn't work. I wanted to complain since last night, but my friend said that I was tired, so whatever. The bathroom was really unclean. There is a scale stain on the shower, as shown in the picture. 4. Before booking this hotel, I read the reviews that the restaurant has flies. We thought that the hotel would renovate. We went to eat dinner and did not see any flies. But in the morning, we booked breakfast and there were still flies in the restaurant. The receptionist only had a bad old lady. All the staff in the restaurant were lovely. End of telling others. Run away!!
