房間很大，很乾凈，晚上不吵，樓下就是萬達，非常適合帶孩子出門，早餐也挺好的！已經來這住過好多次了！值得推薦

訂單顯示兩點退房 十點開始打電話催 一點入住體驗都沒有 十一點多又打電話告訴我快超時了 讓趕緊退房一頓催 真的很無語 不推薦 一點不友好 你們系統是不統一嗎？ 你們前台沒培訓嗎？ 還是不識字 精品酒店沒看出來 前台好像那個老母雞 打鳴一樣 真的無語

真的很垃圾 也不是去一次兩次了 這次先是開錯房 訂的標間 給開了大床房 然後大廳那麼冷 等半天又下去換房 屋裡涼 空調不熱 打電話要加倆枕頭 説沒有 客房下班了 還懟我説一個床一個枕頭不夠麼？ 我是顧客 我是消費者 我要倆枕頭的權利都沒有麼？ 哪個賓館標間 一米五的床上不是倆枕頭？ 真是搞笑

酒店有優點有缺點。優點是：前台小姐姐和保安大哥態度很好，入住體驗不愉快出現的問題，都能態度很好的去解決，最滿意的地方是早餐，早餐還算帶來一絲暖意。。缺點：住過很多酒店，南方北方都有，第一次遇到房間不提供免費紙抽，桌子上擺了一溜需要自費付錢的。除了2瓶礦泉水，什麼都需要自費。寒冬裏開着窗，窗户關不上，空調沒有反應，壞的空調。找來保安大哥弄了之後，換了一個房間。空調才好使。這個酒店奇葩的是衞生間，預估1平米或者0.5平米大小，沒有乾濕分離，淋雨噴頭對着洗手盆，一使用地上都是水，用的時候噴頭尾巴竄出水來，牆上貼着浴巾放地下罰款的告示。插卡接觸不好，突然之間會停電。180元一晚不值。走廊裏電梯出口標識不清，像迷宮。不愉快的住宿。
