這裏設施很齊全，住的比較舒服。酒店有停車場很方便。對面小區有不少美食。酒店周邊也很方便，門口就有公交站點，點餐也很方便。

前台服務很好，衹是早上八點馬桶和下水道反味特別嚴重！！！，直接臭醒了，開排風扇都沒有用受不了趕緊退房走了

酒店位於牡丹江站附近，步行過去大約十分鐘，樓下有免費停車位，還有公交站台，附近吃的店鋪也挺多，地理位置非常便利。酒店裝修中規中矩，總體來説整潔乾淨，性價比高，入住滿意！

本來定了兩天，結果行程有變，臨時退房，手忙腳亂收拾就拉下一雙孩子拖鞋，到親屬家裡就發現忘記拿了，開車回到酒店尋找被告知沒有，其實拖鞋就三十幾塊不是值錢東西，但是孩子太小出門就帶了這一雙，第二天買新的孩子不穿就吵着要自己那雙，火速網上下單又買一雙新的，這兩天沒有拖鞋孩子在家寧願光腳也不穿別的，我覺得一雙拖鞋真的沒必要，咱們是連鎖店顧客的東西拉下了酒店有義務幫忙保管，前後不到一小時回來尋找前台就告知沒有，説實話這樣的服務真的很不合適
