房間不乾淨，床單有污漬，打電話前台，要他換床單，前台反饋阿姨下班要自己換，説也可以保安協助。我拒絕了，他也沒説啥就掛了。
過了好一會，再次來電説給我換隔壁去，我答應了。但是隔壁房間也好不到哪去，一股特別奇怪的香，問了保安，説噴東西了吧，實在不想折騰了，就住了。結果換氣一晚上毫無作用，後來發現是下水道反味，估計噴了東西想要蓋味，還不如第一個房間算了……. 總體來説特別差的體驗。
並且酒店離火車站遠，火車站門口就有很多酒店，特別近。價格和這個差不多，我開始還覺得這個便宜20多，結果我這個便宜的價格是沒有窗户的，他有窗户的房間和其他離車站更近的酒店房間是一個價。所以真不該選這裏！大冬天走過來要10來分鐘太冷了，加上酒店還不乾淨，前台服務態度還差，非常不推薦這。

衞生：室內很有年代感，至少讓我回到10年
設施：配的吹風機很古老，水壺電視沒有使用

房間很乾凈，打掃及時。帶洗衣房，有需要可以清洗、烘乾。住進來時，東北的天氣已經很冷了，屋裡準備了電暖器，和空調搭配，不着涼。

入住後，打開電視機顯示需要繳費，找不到操作提示牌，衹能找前台。師傅説：調亂了，拿回去恢復。換了一台。異味大，給我換房。我看了看那個房間，地漏一個樣，故沒有換。用塑料袋裝了水，放在地漏上。床兩側的閲讀燈都不亮。預訂了三天，但是，第二天開不了門，原因是入住時制卡為一天。前台解釋了兩句，一句我覺得沒道理；一句聽不懂。房費不含早餐，加早每餐38元。不提供免費上網，沒有抽紙盒、刮鬍刀。
