設施：設施齊全
衞生：整體的衞生也是非常好的
服務：房東姐姐人可好了。超級熱心。怕我們不知道路。一直都在告訴我們怎麼走。超級貼心的。爸爸媽媽對房子的評價也是一致的好。以後來。還要住姐姐家。
周邊：公寓邊上就是萬達。吃喝玩樂也是非常方便的。離民族風情街其實也不算遠。步行大概20分鐘可以到。還是很方便的。
