This hotel is really fantastic. It is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the location is absolutely perfect -- close to places to eat, shop and close to the pedestrian street. The room is lovely, with mini bar, a little couch, a tub and its clean and lovely. The staff brought and left me snacks, and brought me delicious fruit. Plus I found the people of Mudanjiang to be really friendly and lovely as I walked around the city.

The hotel is a good place to stay, we enjoyed it so much the first time we stayed back in February. We booked it again this time but felt the cleanliness was a little under standard but overall this hotel is a good stay.

After many years, I came to Mudanjiang again. It was a wise choice to choose Hawaii Hotel. The environment and location are very good. The front desk staff Hongyan is attentive and thoughtful. After checking in to the room at night, the housekeeping staff had already made the night bed. It was very warm. I am very grateful to the hotel staff for making me feel at home!

The stay experience was very good. The administrator Qianqian was very considerate and prepared flowers and longevity noodles for my birthday. I will come again next time I come to Mudanjiang!
