服務態度好，房間很乾凈整潔，隔音還可以，就是隔壁有一個KTV有時候唱歌唱到深夜，找前台要個耳塞就好了

漢庭優佳火車站步行街店店位置不錯，離車站不遠，出站打車起價內，周邊飯店多，吃飯方便，到東一步行街很近，房間緊湊了些，收拾得乾淨，屋子裡很暖和，前台接待和其他服務人員都熱情待客，酒店配置一台電梯，遇有維保電梯就會給住客帶來困擾，住了二天總體感覺不錯。

房間免費升級，店長給提供了一間面積大的房間，很滿意
但是服務方面不知道該咋説好，保潔打掃完房間，竟然沒關門，我回到酒店發現房門是開的
給前台打電話，前台衹説不好意思，給問問，結果就是不了了之，在沒有反饋，這樣下次還能去了嗎？
