福麟快捷賓館離火車站不遠，步行十五分鐘可到，賓館附近有超市、小吃店、市場，吃飯購物方便。賓館衞生狀況還可以，價格親民，衹是開業多年的賓館，室內的味道較重，我住的房間下水不暢，洗澡水容易流入室內。

差評差評，大差評，沒住過這麼差的賓館！屋子一股黴味兒，尤其是枕頭，黴味兒超級嚴重，根本枕不了！不給一次性拖鞋，沒有吹風機，淋浴的水還是涼的……開賓館真的要有點良心啊，這種賓館怎麼好意思給人住！無語一整個大無語……
