The owner is very kind. Even though I don't speak Chinese, we will able to communicate by using Wechat. The location of the property is about 8-10 minute walk to Harbin Railway Station. Heilongjiang Provincial Musuem is also walking distance. And Carrefour is about 10 minute walk of you want to buy groceries.
Hot water is present. And the bed is comfortable. Highly recommended for the price I paid.

前台服務員辦理入住快速，服務態度好，賓館都不難找，購物食飯方便，近火車站，公交車站近坐車出行各景點都方便。

半地下室的住宿空氣流通特別差，需要打開房間窗户，空氣流動才比較好。僅有的優點是住宿便宜，離火車站近，去哪坐都方便了。這個價格也不敢要求太多了。

網上圖片有窗但實際衹是一個通風的小窗，小屋憋屈的很。床單也不乾淨。就是價格便宜，我覺得店家有點虛假宣傳！
