Hygiene is bad and definitely have a lot of room for improvement. Quite dim in the wet bathroom. Our room is a family room but it only have one warmer in room.

這是我入住的所有酒店體驗感受最差的一次，晚上11點左右入住，一進門就沒水喝，連無線網絡也沒有！打電話給前台，電視是有人接聽，但和沒人一樣，要水人家説服務生都下班了，自己下去拿，要網絡，人家説這幾天網絡不好抱歉！
那就洗個澡睡覺吧！好嘛，洗髮水和沐浴露就一小包，估計衹能夠洗臉的，並且味道特別的難聞，但這也是唯一免費的東西了！剩下的礦泉水，一次性拖鞋，坐便墊都是要花錢的！也就是你要選擇花美時一定要帶上衞生紙，不帶坐便墊有衞生紙墊一下也能用！洗髮水，沐浴露必須帶上，要不你和朋友***完連澡都洗不了，我沒有辦法最後我和朋友就用朋友的洗面奶洗的澡！你説把顧客逼成啥樣了？我就在考慮住花美時的那些人看着穿的都不錯，難道都不洗澡還是都自己帶的東西？
現在這麼多酒店選擇！但凡有點腦子的也不會找這酒店入住！

這麼多年第一次住這麼差的酒店，房費貴我也能理解，那你硬件設施到是弄的好一點啊，房間小的離譜不説，還有一股味道，很難聞，衞生間更是小的離譜，上個廁所腿都蹲不下去，什麼玩意啊，那毛巾浴巾都是程黑色的，還好我自己帶了洗臉巾跟浴巾，然後説下停車的問題，住店免費停車，十二點前讓退房，我們十一點十多分退的，然後我跟前台説我去買個東西，最多半個小時就回來，然後説退房停車就要收費了，你這什麼酒店啊，一點不會變通，差評！
