位置超級好，完全是火車站對面，往後有超市吃的，房間也很大，牆紙特別漂亮，乾淨整潔。熱水啊床的都很不錯，賓館規模也很大，安全放心

酒店位置好，就在牡丹江火車站對面，坐車吃、住都很方便，服務熱情周到，有到家的感覺。
由於東北地區夏季天氣較熱，使我這個從北京到東北旅遊、避暑的北京人不幸中暑了。服務員熱情幫忙打電話讓葯店人員送來藿香正氣水讓我服用，還幫我更換了大的帶窗户和空調的房間。並幫我把所有東西挪到新的房間，打開空調安慰我好好休息。
我在酒店滯留期間，服務人員見到我親切的問候，這對我一個獨自出行的女性真是很大的幫助。同時，也非常的感動。
真心希望凱捷酒店生意興隆，趆來越紅火！

這是個魅心店家，利用攜程這個平台拋出特惠房，註明特惠房有衞生間和空調，可你千萬別信，店家衹是用它做幌子吸引顧客，當你入住時就説特惠房沒了，或者特惠房沒衞生間和空調，逼迫你加價。第一次還信了店家的話，加價入住，隔了兩天晚七點半旅遊回來，直接告訴你訂的特惠房是沒衞生間的，你愛住不住，退房都過點了，讓你措手不及。
