房間乾淨整潔，早餐很豐富，服務人員認真負責，有問必答，難得的是擁有很大的地下停車場，有專人管理。酒店裝修品質，客房空間，硬件設施，衞生及床品新凈程度均無可挑剔。重要的是酒店服務專業，熱情有温度，前台接待，客房保潔，問好意識特別強。晚上還主動提供熱牛奶，是別的酒店感受不到的。總之很滿意，以後來牡丹江都會選擇這裏！

酒店服務非常好，很熱情，服務好的沒話説，熱情效率很高，有求必應，主動給我們房間進行了免費的升級，衞生也很乾凈，環境好，還贈送了兩份早餐，早餐種類也很多， 營業時間很長到10點，一般酒店都是9點就結束了， 適合我們晚起的人~ 整體還是十分舒適的，推薦！

黑龍江之旅來到了牡丹江希岸酒店（機場店）入住時就感受到前台小姐姐們周到熱情的服務，耐心告訴我牡丹江特色小吃，好玩的具體地點和特色！當我告訴他們我是攜程會員，又多贈送了一份早餐，更讓我感動的是，離店後我把手機充電器落在了房間裏，他們幫我快遞郵寄！服務真是貼心細心！房間很棒，床很舒服，衞生也是好無死角，客房大姐打掃房間也很及時，熱情！非常滿意的一次入住。

整體入住很舒服，前台辦理入住速度很快，服務貼心，看到有小朋友還準備了小童拖鞋和牙刷！酒店的機器人孩子很喜歡，黑科技滿滿！房間乾淨明亮，香薰很好聞，新開業的酒店一點裝修味道都沒有，智能設備很多，喊天貓能解決很多問題。熱水又快又穩，非常不錯！早餐也很好，有新鮮水果，大廚的東北菜很地道。牡丹江的最後一晚在這裏住的很開心，感謝服務人員的熱情服務

非常滿意的一次入住體驗！！免費停車，睡前牛奶，全屋智能，房間整潔…… 尤其是床品，簡直太舒服了！！早餐種類很多，中西餐都有，時間一直到10點，滿足了不愛起早的我們～～樓下還有小花園。可以説性價比超高的一間酒店🏨！下次還會選擇你家。

酒店很好，陳設佈局比較舒服，還是蠻有格調的。前台的引導服務做的也不錯，晚上住宿環境蠻安靜的，早餐種類和味道也都很好。七樓有自助滾筒洗衣機跟烘乾機，可以很好換洗衣物，非常便捷。整體來説還是很愉快的一次體驗，下次還會去的。

服務超好，前台不同時間值班的幾個小姐姐説話都超有禮貌，而且很貼心，外賣送來會幫送上去，環境很棒，室內環境很有設計感，門面裝潢很特別很讓人喜歡，到的比較晚，給升級了房間，房間內也讓人感覺温馨，早餐種類也挺多的，口感不錯，酒店網速也很快，很喜歡。下次還會來的。

第一次入住錦江旗下的希岸酒店，真的比想象中還要滿意。24小時洗衣房健身房，房間乾淨衞生，通風，尤其前台服務非常貼心，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助。早餐也很好。非常滿意，衞生乾淨，一塵不染，房間住着很安心。由於東北氣温低，酒店中央空調已經供暖了， 這一點真的太棒了。 性價比很高，值得推薦！
