十一去牡丹江旅遊，住的這個酒店，總體很滿意❤ ⭐新裝修的，環境特別好，全屋智能，電視也超大，像我這種愛看電視的簡直是太棒了！ ⭐之前我們住的都不提供飲用水和紙巾啥的，不僅配置齊全，還提供了零食👍 ⭐房間也比較大，很乾凈，沒有異味 ⭐前台服務態度也很好，缺什麼打個電話機器人就送上來 下次再去還住這裏！

He looked like he was in arrears of salary. His attitude was terrible. I felt that he was the best in the whole hotel. I hope the hotel will settle his salary as soon as possible. In addition, the underground parking lot was not open, and the security guard did not remind me at all. Other aspects are good. The front desk service attitude is very good, the breakfast is clean and hygienic, and the yard is relatively spacious.

It's a hotel I like very much. As soon as you walk into the lobby, you have a retro style and high-end feel. Although the room is small, it is fully equipped, the bedding is very comfortable, and the lighting is good. Very close to the train station, and very convenient to Taiping Road and pedestrian street. The hotel staff are also very professional and responsive.

I still trust the hotels under the Huazhu Club. For example, this Starway hotel is right opposite the Mudanjiang Railway Station, which is very suitable for a stay in Mudanjiang City. The hotel lobby is very grand and has a special seating area. It is a good place to hide from the wind and snow on cold days. The hotel room is really clean, with good facilities. It's very warm even without air conditioning. The bedding is comfortable and the hot water comes out quickly. I can't fault anything. I particularly recommend their breakfast, which is really rich in variety, not to mention fried rice, hot vegetables and porridge, but also cakes, fruits, milk and yogurt, so you can get high.

The hotel is relatively old, but the hygiene is OK. It was blocked by floods for a few days, but the service is OK. No parking lot, park on the street.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just opposite the South Square of Mudanjiang Railway Station. It only takes five minutes to walk there after getting off the high-speed train. There is a pedestrian street downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. Especially the local snacks are rich and can be tasted separately every day. The hotel is very clean and tidy, and the sanitation is cleaned every day. The aunt who cleaned my room during the day was very enthusiastic. This hotel is really fantastic. It is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the location is absolutely perfect -- close to places to eat, shop and close to the pedestrian street. The room is lovely, with mini bar, a little couch, a tub and its clean and lovely. The staff brought and left me snacks, and brought me delicious fruit. Plus I found the people of Mudanjiang to be really friendly and lovely as I walked around the city.

The sanitary conditions are very good, but I have to complain about the hotel front desk service. We can obviously upgrade the room type. We checked that there are superior rooms after 6pm that day. The front desk guy also said that there are not many rooms left, which means there are still some, but he refused to upgrade our room type. As a result, it was still empty at 3am. I really don't understand why they would rather have the remaining rooms than upgrade our room. It's really speechless. The hotel is very lively and is a 100-meter walk from the city center. The hotel breakfast is satisfactory!

The bathroom floor was too slippery and almost slipped. The shower switch is not easy to use, the water temperature can not be adjusted, and there is no sign, and the shower head is cold. Breakfast is available with few varieties to meet basic needs. The waiters are warm and courteous and the service is standardized. Tea and towels are provided at the front desk at check-in. Additional bottled water will be provided when going out.
