This is my first time to give a bad review when I stay in a hotel. Not to mention the service and hygiene, the facilities are really poor and poor. The shower is rusty and the middle of the bed is collapsed. I suggest the hotel be renovated! !

It should be regarded as a larger hotel in Muchuan. When we went there, we happened to have a wedding and full moon wine. There were many people. Finding a parking spot would have been slower. It was our first time here and we didn't know there was a parking lot inside. , the attitude of the security guard was not very good; the rooms are quite large and well-equipped, but one problem is that all rooms face the street, it is too noisy at night, so be careful if you are a light sleeper! ! ! !

I specially booked a large room. The room was big enough, but it was obvious that the pillowcases had not been changed. The bedside stools were so dirty and the room smelled like a toilet! ! ! I arrived late, so I had no choice, otherwise I really didn’t want to stay! ! !

Hygiene: The dried blood stains on the stools and the clumps of hair on the floor are really hard to describe. Environment: Dining, banquet, and accommodation guests are mixed together. Although the elevator card is swiped, the door to the stairwell is open; the breakfast has few types and low cost performance. Service: We are both in the hotel industry and did not feel the extra points of service. Facilities: The room is spacious and the facilities and equipment are quite satisfactory. The only bonus is the bath water, but the bathroom door seal is shaky.

This hotel is my first choice every time I go back to Muchuan, but this time I had a very bad experience. When I entered the room, there was a rancid smell. I called to report it. The lady from the room came in with fresh air and said it didn't smell. I asked to change rooms and said it would be cleaned immediately. She told me how long it would take to clean and it was too troublesome, so I was too lazy to change. The lady at the front desk also hung up the phone before she could finish her words, and then I had to call again. The most outrageous thing. The Do Not Disturb light was clearly on, but around 9:10 in the morning, someone kept opening the door with a card and knocking on the door! After breakfast, I just went back to the room and fell asleep. I was really angry at this!
