"Looking for a budget and large place to sleep in Muar, this place would be an ideal choice.
The location is right smack at the centre with a lot of shops around the area and easily access to the main road.
Cleanliness wise was very decent, despite given the big room, it is nothing much to complain about.
Service are pretty standard.
Facilities - there's no lift but there's only two floors. So if you have heavy luggage, I suggest try getting a room on the first floor."
"The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a short and easy walk from the city center. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Although the room is compact, it's very well-equipped with everything you need. A particularly thoughtful touch is the irons provided for guests in the hallways on the upper floors. I enthusiastically recommend staying here. Thank you."
"Stayed here because it is close to the bus station. There is some eateries (Chinese, Malay & Indian food) nearby though not much. However there are more options if you are willing to walk a little bit. The rooms have most amenities except no iron board or refrigerator. If you are staying for more than 1 night, do remember to remind the staff when they give you the key card as often they will only key in 1 day access only."
"Ok bilik luas, parking ada disediakan tp nk turun ke tmpt parking tu seram jgk lps tu pintu masuk parking Dan kluar tmpt yg sama..lps tu parking takde lif kena naik tangga..saya parking kat luar hotel...
Utk org OKU rs x sesuai sbb kena naik tangga sblm ke lif utk naik ke lobi hotel tkt 1"
"No slippers, two bottles of mineral water, TV and air conditioning. There is nothing to eat nearby. There is a local breakfast shop three minutes walk next door. You can see the menu through Google Maps. It is quite cheap."
"I recently stayed at PPT Muar Hotel and opted for their capsule pod accommodation, a unique and affordable way to spend the night in the heart of Muar. Overall, the experience was peaceful, clean, and quite comfortable for a short stay.
The capsule pods themselves were compact but surprisingly cozy. Each pod came with essential features like adjustable lighting, air ventilation, USB charging ports, and even a small entertainment screen, making it feel like a futuristic mini-room. The bedding was comfortable and the pod offered just enough privacy.
The shared facilities including the bathrooms and common areas, were kept very clean and were well-maintained throughout my stay. The design of the hotel is sleek and minimalist, with a quiet atmosphere that’s great for solo travelers, backpackers, or even couples looking for a no-frills night’s rest.
The location is a major plus – close to food spots, convenience stores, and some key attractions in Muar. Staff were friendly, helpful, and quick during check-in and check-out. Ample free parking space available too.
⭐ Overall Rating: 4.2/5. Would definitely recommend for short stays, solo travelers, and anyone looking to try a capsule pod experience in Muar!"
"There is no lift going up to the hotel lobby and rooms. So not suitable for those who are unable to walk up stairs and carrying big luggage.
Also there is no allocated car parks, guest has to compete for public car park which could ended far away from the hotel as many cars are using the public ones.
Restroom layout is not ideal without shower compartment."
"Overall, this hotel is pretty good. The location is very convenient, there are many restaurants nearby, and the transportation is also convenient. The room is clean and tidy, the basic facilities are complete, the bed is quite comfortable, and I slept well. The service staff is friendly and the check-in and check-out are very efficient."
"We arrived at 2pm and can early check in. Deposit rm50. The room was big 2 queen bed. Clean linen and spacious room but no refrigirator. Got aircond and fan. Tv channel also good. U can rent bycycle here and have a boat trip. Can do fishing activity. But to get to the city quit far. Can eat at Ikan Bakar Sabak Awor.
Bring your own toileteris. No bidet but got water heater."

Very Good
FFrankie TanBooked for the MUO boutique hotel but was given this MUO resort. Was skeptical at first but was surprised at the resort when arrived. It was something unlike the usual hotel as this got more of a kampung style stay. Try to go slow as u reach the entrance bcos u will likely to miss the narrow entrance to the resort. The registration counter is in the cafe (will be better if there is a directional signage). Every room will have a designated parking lot. There are a few ev charger for those driving ev car.
GGuest UserFirst is toilet bowl is very dirty as like no cleaning, and just have two not firm anymore's pillows, room got some smelly (like musty smell)
Reception is very friendly, and the room is provided toothbrush, shower cap and soap
Parking is alot, no need worry about carparking
GGuest UserThis place is as clean as it was when I visited about 8 years ago. Keep up the great work!
Highly recommended for anyone who just needs a place to rest and relax without the bustle of sightseeing. And very convenient street food at glutton street and the Bentayan food court nearby.
Lastly, May I suggest savoury instead of sweet snacks in the dining room on the ground floor.
Thanks for the hospitality!
KKOOI MEIThere was a towel left by a previous guest hanging at the window, which was really gross!
The toilet seat was loose, and I was worried it might fall off anytime when sitting down.
Apart from that, everything else was quite good—the floor was very clean, the hotel’s location was excellent, and it was very convenient to find food nearby.
GGuest UserVery disappointed. Our room at L5. From midnight 2am to 6am, there are noise from L6 water tank. The hotel was not fully booked, they should have allocate a better room for us.
The bed were noisy. Aircon initially working well, midnight wake up by heat.
Reception off from 10.30pm till next morning. So no chance for us to request to change room when aircon breakdown.

NnotlelamThe hotel room is spacious and the hotel is near to the shopping mall, eateries and local attractions. It was an enjoyable stay. If the facilities such as the shower head and flushing system in the toilet can be upgraded, that will be even better. I will choose to stay here if I am visiting Muar in the future.
AAnonymous UserThe room is comfy and cleanliness is just acceptable(bathroom need a proper cleaning, saw some very bad reviews from google).
I booked this accommodation coz has a balcony, but it was quite noisy at the evening(sounds from the bar downstair), overall, still a good stay!
AAnonymous UserStrategic location, easy to find the hotel, also have speedmart downstairs convenient to buy groceries/things. Cheap price, affordable for solo travelers. Room included private toilet, spacious enough to place things. Recommend! Will book again when visiting Muar soon!
AAnonymous UserMy 3rd time coming here. Had a comfortable 3 nights stay for working purpose. Bathroom is clean, sheets are clean, staffs are friendly and accommodating. Really worth the price I paid.
