There were underwear with traces of menstrual blood left in the toilet of our room, so disgusting that we had to sanitize our room ourselves because we were worried about the level of cleanliness around

When we first step into the room got a smell. The smell it’s kind of like the water soak into the carpet cant dry. Water heater hard to control, either too cold or too hot.
Cleanliness wise 6/10, still acceptable, as long as dont put high expectation.
Location not too far from town.
If you are going for business trip personally think still acceptable but not those enjoyable type.
