Arrived at 2PM unfortunately our room still not ready. Took them about an hour before we can checking in. You need to place cash deposit 100MYR. They dont accept card or QR. This is among the drawbacks of this hotel. Talking about room, we get tatami room type which the room size consider small. I dont have enough space to perform my prayer. Cleanliness is okay.

Location is fantastic as you are already in the middle of town.We drove to Muar and parking is not an issue as the local council is in the process of changing parking scratch coupons to mobile apps and during this grace period of transition, parking anywhere in the town of Muar is free 24/7 and days of the week. Other than that, the hotel also has parking lots for hotel guests so for those who drive, no issue. We have the basic room (102) which is on the first floor. There’s no window in the room and the room is tiny. As we only stayed for one night we didn’t mind the small room at all however you may consider bigger rooms for longer stay. Check in is STRICTLY 3pm onwards! We were here at 2:32pm and we were asked to come back later. We stayed at their comfortable but small lounge until 2:51pm, the receptionist still wouldn’t entertain us. There’s no restaurant at the hotel so don’t expect breakfasts but when you are in Muar, food stalls and restaurants are everywhere who needs hotel breakfast anyway! The room is small but nice comfortable bed and we had a good stay. The air-conditioning works too well and we had to put the temperature up otherwise it’d be freezing. Will we come back again when we next visit Muar? For the price we paid, absolutely!

The hotel’s overall theme was more of a minimalist style. The room was somewhat small but still acceptable, and the location was okay.

The location of the hotel is at the heart of the Muar city. It is convenient and easily access around for food. For room, we stayed in Premium Family room. The room size was just right for 2 adults and 1 kid. The family room has no window. The toilet is clean, the shampoo is nice. The double bed is firm and comfortable, the single bed is bit soft. The wall and the area beneath the stairs (that lead to upper level) has some spider web. I guess the housekeeping team overlook this area when they clean up. The iron frame on the stairs that serve as hand bar stuffed with dust too. The floor condition still ok, but the floor area under the sofa was quite dusty. Maybe it can be improved in future. This is the first time I stay at Muar hotel. I have no benchmark the cleanliness level over the other hotels in Muar. I like the concept of the hotel, the decoration at hotel lobby and common area, but most of the display and furniture at lobby are quite dusty, if Muo Hotel housekeeping team can improve the effort eg clean away the dust more frequently, the hotel will be more clean and comfortable to stay.

Nice decoration, clean enviroment. Converted from old building built during Colonial year before independent. Located at the within Muar town by walking distance to famous food stores and famouse artists wall painting. Free compliment parking provided, remember to claim your voucher to park your car during checking in time. Rooftop restaurant available ifbyou wish to enjoy a nice sunset view to see the Tanjung duribg everning time.

Room space is small, no water supply in the middle night

Nice and tidy room 👍 Friendly staff and they serve you the best. Location is strategic at the city centre of Muar Town. Easy access to any local attractions and easy to reach the famous local foods restaurant nearby 👍 i loves the interior design of the lobby.

very clean and easy to access to many places by walking. such as kafe pak inchik, downtown, soup store and etc. staff was very friendly.

Good, near to traditional breakfast area. Clean room. The only problem is no designated underground/in building parking area. Otherwise i like the view from window, nice view from rooftop of this hotel.

The hotel location is very convenient with free parking which is very friendly to the guests that are driving. Staffs are friendly, helpful and able to share information on where to go and eat. Staffs respond well and very timely to any feedback and request. Hotel is simple, clean and neat. The air conditioning for room and hotel common area is very nice and pleasant. We like the lobby set up and it is very home coming feeling. We like the stay and would be back again.

The room was clean and smell nice. The room size not so big but can fit for 3 persons. Bed and pillow was good. We had a good sleep. Only minor thing to fix is the toilet door. It has a gap that can peek inside.

Excellent location. We can walk to all the attractions and there are lots of eateries around. Staffs are really friendly. It's a simple hotel so it doesn't have much facilities. You can get a parking voucher during check in to park free at the car park opposite.
