The bed was the most comfortable....loved the net.... Oooh talk of the welcoming and always ready to serve staffs. The meal was a 10/10..fresh and delicious.. I would recommend it to anyone. I had the best experience ever. I would choose north coast beach hotel any day.

The Beds and pillows in the rooms are comfortable,we really enjoyed the activities organized the hotel like the pool volleyball,playing darts,pool table..the show in the evening,acrobats made it more lively The Hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay…i got sick the next day after we arrived and the hotel staff ensured i was taken to hospital and made follow up to ensure i was ok during our stay,special thanks to Mr. Ndungu for ensuring a swift process.Thank you so much the entire NCBH for the friendly and excellent customer service,our stay was awesome and hope to come back for a longer stay. The buffet was awesome and fresh foods with varieties. It was fun and loved every bit of our stay

It's okay ..they observe high level of hygiene Kids friendly..kids have alot to indulge in including swimming Good team building place...a lot of recreational activities to take part in including volleyball and water polo Has enough healthy food for all ages Good architecture.. buildings and hotel itself

The food is yummy ,the ambience soothing and general experience was wonderful.Believe in your work guys Keep it up the staff @North coast beach hotel. Hope to visit again probably during festive season. Continue with the same tempo.

Very fair place, the staff are welcoming and kind. There are plenty of engaged ng activities especially the pool games. Food was fresh and good. Good rooms however a number of them ngs need repair. Time management first meals was confusing. They should set particular time and keep time. The gym is just a room and nothing works not even AC.

The staff are caring n food is amazing.the rooms are amazing and the swimming pool was well treated,beach area well designed.Breakest and lunch set up on time. Evening tea not usual everywhere. Dinner also on time.we real enjoyed every thing. Thank you for your host.

The new year eve fireworks are the best. Very fascinating, we really enjoyed . Fresh food with lots of meal variety and different settings. Nice local artists and singer groups entertainments. How ever rooms need Maintainance in terms of modernization

Staff are very friendly. Rooms air-conditioning needs updating. Meals are properly diversified Choma for new year was not well done. Other foods were good in quality and quantity. Timing of meals was perfect. Reef walk was very informative. Entertainments were good. However, pool table needs to be repaired.

This is my second time choosing this hotel as my holiday destination. I love the ambience, the friendly staff, the variety of meals cutting across different cultures, how the young ones are well taken care of, the different entertainment.
