I was met at the desk shortly after 2p by a gentleman who was neither friendly nor accommodative. On the other hand, his successors at the desk were hospitable, and the rooms were well prepared and cleaned.

The owner referred to me as a knit picker. I am a professional…. I have never been so humiliated. She took my credit card and told me if they found any damage to the room, they would charge me $1500

We needed a last-minute reservation after another hotel we'd booked had to close due to fire. This hotel is right near a Tesla super charger, which was super convenient for us. The interior seemed decently clean, but maybe a bit dated. Our room felt spacious and we did not have any issues. The free continental breakfast did not have a ton of options, but was sufficient for us, and there was a friendly employee checking in on guests at the breakfast area. We were only there one night, but overall had a good experience. Im not sure if theres much shopping/food around the area, but it is a super convenient location for anyone that needs the Tesla super chargers.

The hotel told us our 16 yo son counted as an adult and charged an additional $25 per night for him beyond what was in our reservation, even though in the reservation we had put him down as one of the people staying at the hotel. I showed the front desk our ********** reservation and he said he couldn't honor it because it was a 3rd party reservation.
