Parfait hotel pour un sejour en famille.
Tout le personnel est adorable et a votre service, Les enfants sont sous la garde de TATA et mouna , vous etes sereins.

J'ai fait une recherches sur votre site pour 2 adultes et Mme 2 enfants. On m'a proposé 2 chambres un adulte et un enfant dans chaque chambre. Arrivé sur place, on m'a dit que c'était pas possible j'ai du rajouter de l'argent 😕

We had a fabulous time at this hotel. The hotel was spotlessly clean and all staff with just.one exception could not have done more tonmake us feel welcomed and looked after. Nothkng was too much trouble. The room.was lovely and a good size. The bed was extremely comfortable. I felt safe in the grounds of the hotel. The pool area was very clean and there were always plenty of sunbeds. Food was always fresh with plenty of choice. The all inclusive deal was well worth every penny. There is not much within walking distance but taxis are cheap and we did a day trip out to the Roman ruins of Catharge. Well worth it. The beach front location was special and the beach was clean with lots of sunbeds also. I would recommend this hotwl for a week of total relaxation

We have just had a great week here. The location is lovely and the staff fantastic. The facilities are really good and most are included in the all inclusive rate. The hotel is a bit tired in places - it's fine but not really four star - I think they may be in the process of renovating it. The food is good and quite varied - there should always be something to suit everyone. You have to leave a deposit for beach towels which you get back. I mention this because you will of course get this back at the end of the holiday but when you get to the airport all unspent dinars are taken from you. Our top tip is to either spend them in the hotel or buy a coffee before security at the airport. We had to hand over 90 dinars which felt a bit like being robbed! On that point, be aware that there was only one cafe open after security in the airport (all the others were closed bizarrely) - it was expensive and didn't look great so we gave it a miss.

Lovely hotel, very clean and tidy, and the staff couldn't have been nicer However, the food was questionable. A lot of the dishes had chilli in them, of which I'm not a fan. The salads came out day after day, looking limper every time. The butter was left open to flies etc and there was a lack of labels I went back to my room o e afternoon and found the cleaner had left my door open, I wasn't impressed. No apology when I spoke to the reception. The hotel was such a long way from any kind of decent shopping/markets etc.
