We had a wonderful holiday here. Managed to get sun loungers with no problems. So much food to eat at whatever time of the day. The staff were really helpful ( I would say maybe not enough staff for how busy it was so some waiting around when seated for dinner to get drinks) the only two negative points were the wasps and the mosquitos. Make sure you pack some good spray. We couldn’t sit outside to eat all holiday because of the wasps and they have nothing in place for them, I went to another hotel in Corfu and they had smoke pots to get rid of them. It didn’t bother us enough to not want to go back. The hotel was stunning and really well looked after. Thank you for making our summer special

I wish formally express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent hotel stay that was, without a doubt, the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. Just one week ago, I checked into what was advertised as a 5-star family hotel, but what I encountered was an absolute disaster. The room we were given was in appalling condition — dirty, poorly maintained, and completely lacking in basic amenities such as a bathrobe. The standard of the room was no better than that of a 3-star hotel or motel, which is unacceptable considering how the property is marketed. The hotel grounds were unkempt, and the beach resembled a public space rather than a private, well-maintained resort beach. To make matters worse, we discovered hair in our food, which was both disgusting and alarming from a hygiene standpoint. We had booked a 5-day stay, but the conditions were so unacceptable that we checked out the very same day. It was simply impossible to remain there. When we raised our concerns with the hotel staff, no one showed the slightest interest in addressing the issues — the level of customer service was non-existent. On top of all that, the experience was absolutely not worth the amount of money we paid. The hotel delivered none of the quality, comfort, or service expected from a 5-star resort. We felt completely misled and disappointed. This hotel clearly does not meet the standards of a true 5-star establishment and is not suitable for families, despite being marketed as such. It was full of young children and elderly guests, many of whom looked equally disappointed.

A Relaxing Getaway with Excellent Service and Beautiful Surroundings – 4/5 From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with five-star service. I believe it was Maria who checked us in—friendly, professional, and a great start to our stay. The hotel itself is vast, more like a small village than a resort. Every evening in the central area, there was a lovely atmosphere, with guests enjoying the peaceful setting and warm ambiance. Food & Drink: We dined at 3 out of the 4 à la carte restaurants, and each one was excellent. The food was plentiful, and the service was consistently top-notch. The all-day beach bar was our favourite spot—great drinks, friendly staff, and a relaxed vibe. A special thank you to Anna and Konstatina for their outstanding service and great drinks. All of the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful, and seemed genuinely happy to be there, which made a huge difference. We know they work long hours, and we really appreciated their positive attitudes. The main evening buffet was the only letdown—food was often lukewarm and somewhat repetitive. There were live cooking stations, but they seemed understaffed, with just one person managing the carving and cooking. We're really glad we opted for the à la carte options most nights. Breakfast and lunch were pretty good overall, with nice grilled options. The ice cream and crepes available throughout the day were a great touch. The drinks menu had something for everyone—generous servings, branded alcohol, and quality you could taste. Our minibar was restocked daily, including a bottle of wine, which was a lovely bonus. Facilities: The grounds are stunning. You’re surrounded by natural beauty—lush greenery, views of Albania across the sea, the sounds of birds and insects—it feels like a peaceful retreat. Be sure to pack strong mosquito spray and bite cream, as there are quite a few around in the evenings. If you're up for staying active, the paddle and tennis courts are great. The water park was also a highlight: the slides were fun and well-managed, and the lazy river was a nice touch. However, more shaded areas and umbrellas are needed, especially in the 34°C heat. This was also true around the main pools—shade was limited, and the umbrellas were quite small. The beach, however, offered a better balance of sun and shade, and the towel service was a nice touch. If only there had been beach bar service—it would have been perfect! Cleanliness: The public areas—entrance, bars, restaurants, and gardens—were all spotless and very well maintained. Our room was swept and mopped daily, with fresh towels and a quick bathroom clean. That said, the room cleaning could be more thorough, especially for longer stays. Our bedsheets weren’t changed during our stay, and the balcony was never cleaned or swept. We our mid way through our holiday at the hotel. We are having an amazing time, we are a family of 3 with a 19 month old and we are all really enjoying ourselves. My daughter has had a tummy bug and the hotel organised a doctor for us as well as cooking us bespoke food for her - neither of which was a problem at all. Please be assured there are plenty of staff at all the restaurants including breakfast, they must have hired more staff in fact I saw some of their name tags said trainees so clearly the hotel has listened to other reviewers. We did not have any issues finding staff to support us and every staff member we interacted with were friendly, always greeted us with a smile and spoke perfect English. We found that using the app we could not always book the restaurants we wanted but we went to the lobby and spoke to the guest relation advisor who helped us get the times we wanted We would like to thank Maria in the restaurant for always greeting us with a smile and helping us, and with Persefoni in reception for being really lovely and kind. We stayed in the country house and thought it was lovely. The food was great, unlimited drinks. Staff coming round constantly to ask if we wanted more drinks, beach bar staff very welcoming. Truly amazing experience we would love to return.

This hotel is among the best we have stayed in around the world. It is well appointed, clean, spacious and friendly. The food is excellent in the main buffet and in each of the four other restaurants. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. The drinks are generous and a good variety. We cannot fault this lovely oasis, and will definitely be returning.
