Great property with everything you need for a relaxing break. It never seemed busy, although it was full. Outdoor and indoor pools. Plenty of places to eat in drink. Right on the beach with loads of sunbeds with wind breakers between every two sunbeds.

Went with my wife and 19 & 20 children. The place is great - beautiful setting looking out to the sea and Lobos, several restaurants to plan through the week - and the one on the pier is great if you are there on the right days. The staff are all amazing. The all inclusive - UL / Ultimate (or Unlimited???) Luxury package is great. 2nd time we have been and its so relaxing.

Just returned from a lovely relaxing week. I arrived late on Saturday evening with a quick and helpful check-in process. A welcome drink was offered, but given the late hour, I stuck with water. I made my way to my junior suite, with side-sea view. The room was lovely. The only slight issue for me was that it was a room with 2 single beds, which, as a solo traveller, meant sleeping in a single bed for the week. The view in the morning was worth it, so I didn't bother to request a change. It was a good size room, with 2 chairs and a small table. There was a desk and lamp. 2 good-sized wardrobes, with drawers. A safe for personal items. USB ports and plugs. Good sized TV. There was a coffee station and a minibar. Drinks (soft drinks/ beer/water) were included and restocked daily. The bathroom had a double sink, 1 of which didn't drain properly. The toilet area could be separated by a small sliding door. There was a good size bath and the most amazing shower I've ever come across in a hotel. There were toiletries, good sized towels and faceclothes, which were changed daily. There was a nightly turn down service, if wanted. There was a good-sized balcony with 2 chairs and a small table, and a drying rail. The balcony made the room for me, as I was able to sit of an evening as the sun went down on that side of the building. The hotel was immaculate. Stunning lobby, bar and pool areas. The pool and beach areas were never crowded, and I managed to get a good lounger each day without any issue. As other reviews have mentioned, poolside drinks service could stand to be improved, that said, it's not far to go to the bar and pick up a drink. Given its 5* status though, I would expect regular service. The restaurants are fantastic. I ate at the buffet for breakfast each day, the seaside grill for lunch, and either the buffet or an ala carte on 3 of the nights. Food as delicious. Not a bad meal once. The buffet has lots to choose from and a different theme each night. Use the app to book restaurants and do it early, as I didn't manage to get into one. The beach bar was great for drinks throughout the day. Sadly a couple of places weren't open, one of which was the one over the sea, I hope they will repair this, as it would be fabulous to have it back. I missed not being able to get into the sea for a swim, and this area has the steps to allow that. There is a spa, which looks great but I didn't get round to using it, sadly. There was nightly entertainment but it wasn't really my thing, with the exception of the night with the 3 guys on guitar, they were brilliant. It's not really a lively hotel, so if your expectations are for a busy boozy hotel. This isn't your place. If you really want to relax and chill out, it very much is. This really is a stunning hotel, and it's staff absolutely make it. All of the staff that I encountered were so helpful and friendly. They work exceptionally hard and long hours, and they are an absolute credit to the h

Our second visit and we loved every minute of our time there. Perfectly positioned with a great beach walk to town . On our late arrival we were greeted with a glass of cava and a meal in our room. Such a great touch. Our pool view room was perfect . We enjoyed sitting on our balcony at all times of the day relaxing and reading. Last time we had an ocean view near the spa but felt slightly separate from the rest of the hotel. The second floor ocean view rooms look great too with a great sea view. The staff on this hotel are great ambassadors . They take great pride in their work and work incredibly hard. They are friendly always smile, always say hello and want to help. Service is excellent in all areas. The spa hydrotherapy pool etc are amazing and we love that you can go anytime without booking. There is a huge selection of food in The Market Cafe, the main restaurant although we felt it lacked occasion in the evenings but once the dress code was followed by all it was much better. We ate at Olio and had a wonderful meal of bursts and a whole turbot filleted for us. We were on half board and given a 20 euros per person credit towards the meal as we didn’t eat in The Market Cafe. We felt this was a little on the low side considering it didn't really cover a main dish and in the main restaurant you could have a starter main and dessert included. The beach is a great area to sit and enjoy and the pool area is calm and relaxing with plenty of sun beds. It was a bit annoying that a few people put towels on beds first thing and went off to breakfast. There was always someone around to bring drinks from the bar to your sunbed. For lunch we ate at the Seaside grill where service was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the seafood pasta and the fried fish. The chicken salad was also very tasty . Last time we came we ate at the Bay Lounge a lot but disappointingly this was temporarily closed which was a shame. Our room was meticulously cleaned each day and comfortable. Towels were regularly changed and the shower was very powerful and perfect for me. It is easy to walk to town along the beach and a taxi ride back is between 5-6 euros. The grounds of the hotel are meticulously managed and look beautiful. It is lively to sit outside in the Rendezvous Bar and have a drink or coffee and watch the view of the sea. The bar is a great place to spend the evening pre and post dinner and has a wide bar menu of spirits and cocktails. The staff service is very good and they work hard . The bar entertainment varied but the music was mostly good and we enjoyed listening to the music and singing. The reception staff and the person who took our bags to our room were also great at making us feel welcome. The hotel vision and ethos is lived out by all the staff and makes all the difference. We absolutely love our holidays at this hotel and will definitely be back. Thank you to all the staff for making it a great holiday second time around.

Lovely Hotel With Some Disappointments My husband and I booked this hotel through Jet2 Indulgent Escapes. We wanted to spend a little bit more than normal as this was our honeymoon. Jet2 were great, certainly my favourite Holiday provider. We have never gone for an Indulgent Escape before so were keen to see the differences from other packages. Whe arriving at the airport, we received fast track security passes, made it rapid. We also received £10 vouchers each to spend in the in-flight shop (not on food and drinks), we were handed a lovely congratulations card at the gate from the Jet2 Team and also received a free drink each on the plane. Arriving in Fuerteventura, Jet2 staff were on hand as usual, friendly and help as ever. We were directed to our private transfer and were taken to the Hotel. The whole experience was hassle free and we both felt like it was worth spending a little more for this part of the holiday. Arriving at the hotel, it was a wow moment. Lovely big reception area with friendly welcoming staff on hand to take our bags and hand us a glass if chilled Cava. Check in was straight forward but there there was a lot of information to take in. We were given our room and taken to it by the concierge. The room was lovely, even we were given fresh apples. I had emailed a few days earlier asking if the room could be made special for a couple on their honeymoon. I recieved a reply saying it would be. We couldn't see anything special that had been added but did receive a bottle of Cava with snacks that were delivered shortly after arriving. We were in the room for 5 or 10mins and received a call from Reception saying they had given us the wrong room. The bed was 2 single bed pushed together and the wanted to offer us a room change to a room with a king size bed. We accepted and moved. The rooms were identical, apart from the beds (no apples though). We were for a brief walk around the hotel that evening but explored further the next morning. One thing we noted about the rooms were that you could hear a lot from other residents, doors shutting, wardrobes opening, footsteps along corridors. Nothing that can be done about that but it was annoying if we wanted a long lie. One thing we liked at first was no hotel wrist bands. However, this did mean every drinks or meal order we were asked for our room number and if we were all inclusive, which we were. It got a little annoying. The pool area was lovely, although the pool was not heated as I was sure I read on Jet2s website ig would be. The towel hut was on hand to issue as many pool towels as we wanted fresh each day which was great to see at no extra charge or deposit required. Although the pool area was lovely, there did seem to be a lot of pigeons. We found that there were roosting in the build rafters. This meant, some noise (not ridiculous) and the inevitable birds dropping around and in the pools. We noted in the area surrounding the hotel, residential building had fake birds o

Had all inclusive for a week at the end of September 2024. The star of the show here is the food for sure. The restaurants that could be booked as part of the ultimate luxury package were all of the absolute highest quality, particularly the Japanese place, Himiutsu. The buffets for Breakfast and Dinner were good but really loved lunches at the Seaside grill. Excellent service and drinks all round. Staff all very helpful. Spa was very relaxing and use was free, the gym was also well equipped. The overall vibe is quiet and relaxed, maybe not for you if you’ve come to party. Only downsides for us were that one of the bars and one of the piers were closed while we were there, limiting options a little bit. Other reviews have complained that the way down to the sea is rocky, this is the case, but the hotel can’t control coastal topography. If you want to swim in the sea I would recommend bringing sea shoes. Overall the stay was excellent and really felt we got value for money. Very relaxing!

I should start by saying that the Hyatt Group messed up our booking and then treated us brilliantly and so 3 stars may be a little unfair but I'm rating this based on what they normally charge. Pros: Service was on the whole great, the place looks great and the views are amazing. Some of the food us pretty good and some of the drinks are better than you get in the bog standard all in holidays. Cons: 2 of the 4 bars were unavailable for the entire week and some nights only 1 restaurant was open. To be honest the restaurant wasn't too much of an issue but alot of the food was a little samey from place to place. For example 3 restaurants offer ceviche as a starter, this is exactly the same dish your just sat at a different table. While you're at the pool, the drinks are made from the seaside grill - drinks here are pretty rubbish. They are so different to the main bar and mostly made from mixes. Overall, we had a great time. If you can this place on a deal it'll be a really relaxing week however I'm not sure it's worth the £4.5k our holiday should have cost (2 people).
