The word restuarant needs removing from the title as along with a lack of staff while we stayed there was no restuarant to speak of to eat in the evening - one of our key reasons for booking. The hotel held two rooms worth of stay plus a deposit when we arrived. We paid when we left, and they then proceeded to take the upfront held payment and deposit too. After complaining we received some of our money back but less all the commission fees and bank charges so we are now £58 down, the hotel hasn’t responded to our complaint, and will now have to go through our bank to file a chargeback claim which will end up costing them a further £80-£100. 1 room was OK, the other had no shower head holder to have a shower (the other did) and was very tired. Parking outside was good and free. Only time I will be visiting again is when I am next passing soon, to demand my money, which funnily enough happened one morning when a previous guest walked in demanding his deposit back too!!!
