Dirty extreme **** on the beds hair in the beds and dirt on the floor heating that works every other time we slept with our coats my son had a pee in bed I do not recommend at all reception at night there is no one so we can not make a request the person next to us put the music on practically all night and smoked inside the room so the smell comes to us To flee 🤢…

I wanted to reserve 5 rooms at this hotel but I was never able to contact him. I think it is closed, probably due to renovation. In fact, I stayed there last year and noticed how dilapidated it was.

the room smells musty. The paintings are old. Flushing problem. Towels were still damp. The cleaning was not done. For breakfast we didn't have any bread on Sunday (only white bread and crushed industrial brioche) on Monday there were 3 pieces of bread at 7:30 a.m.!!!! we complained and were told that we must not waste the bread so it is put in a trickle. the coffee machine was not working so we complained and after cleaning we had undrinkable coffee. There was no more orange juice on Monday. Not recommended as a hotel.

dirty hotel smell of dust and tobacco the sheets are old not clean the cleaning is not done broken toilet flush shower mixer and sinks work poorly hotel too old no receptionist the automatic terminal barely works in short a disaster!

There was no soap in the dispenser which is not great with covid apart from being able to shower properly. The toilet didn't flush well. The towels had marks. The only strong point is the bedding

Good value for money. Comfort that meets our expectations. A slightly aging establishment which could use a bit of a makeover. The welcome image does not really correspond to that of Mouroux.

small blanket is also put in the glass flush when you press the lid stay in your hands clean towel but blood stain encrust and the TV on the side was not appropriate because we did not see anything damage because it can be a nice hotel

Wishing to stay as a family with 2 children, obligation to take 2 rooms. The general exterior condition of the hotel did not inspire any confidence, neither my children nor my wife wanted to sleep without my presence in the room. Improvising on the spot, by transforming a 3-bed room into a 4-bed room, we were able to spend the night together. So paying for two rooms to use only one in the end, in short... A rather strange night... noises from construction upstairs, random cleanliness, non-existent soundproofing and so on... J I have however stayed several times in establishments of the brand without any problems, this one, on the other hand, is first class only in name...

I had asked for a ground floor room for someone with slightly reduced mobility, I was allocated to the first floor thanks to the very friendly duty person he allocated me a room on the ground floor then no pillows again thanks to him whom I thank again we were satisfied
