Отель совсем новый.Много интересных находок особенный лифт, удобный номер, отличный завтрак Есть небольшой бассейн. Из недостатков можно отметить крошечный холодильник ,завывание кондиционера и уборка ,которую каждый день нужно было выпрашивать .За 5 дней влажная уборка так и не была сделана . Отдельно хочется отметить ресторан в отеле .Все, что пробовали просто великолепно! Очень советуем !Само расположение отеля вызывает недоумение....прямо напротив тюрьмы!

Останавливались в трёхместном номере на 4 этаже. Плюсы отеля: - расположен в тихом переулке, в доступности от центра города; - интересное оформление как отеля снаружи, так и внутри, мимо не пройти: всё расписано художникам, а ночью здание красиво светится; - приветливый персонал; - просторный номер с двумя комнатами, большая ванная; - удобные кровати, разные подушки на выбор; - в номере есть всё необходимое, включая кондиционер, шкаф, сейф, чайник с чаем и кофе, холодильник, микроволновку, в ванной набор полотенец, халаты, гигиенический набор, фен; - отдельно отмечу тепло в комнате: регулируемые батареи, которые мгновенно нагревают пространство, тёплый пол в ванной; - завтрак в виде 2 горячих блюд на человека на выбор (сырники, блинчики, яйца, вареники, сэндвичи, каши, запеканки), нарезка сыра, колбасы, чай, кофе. Итого: отличный, необычный отель за свою цену. За ночь недостатков, кроме проблем с горячей водой (утром не хватило всем, кончилась где-то в бойлере?), не увидели.

I will note the stylishness and elegance of the interiors. And the elevators are. Breakfasts are ordered either from the evening (if you are in a hurry), or at the parish and serve quite quickly, minutes in ten. Everything is very qualitative. In the same room, called the restaurant ”Lanin,” in the evening there is just a gastronomic orgasm. This is one of the best - if not the best - restaurant Smolensk, and tables there need to be booked for a few days, especially if it is holidays or weekends, including those living in the hotel. Giant free-protected parking. A castle location in the central part of the city, with a view to the Dnipro. There is a small clutch: sometimes by the evening the water was cold. But the girls reacted instantly, and the inconvenience was quickly eliminated. I haven't stopped in such a comfortable, cozy and friendly place for a long time. Strongly recommended!

Ездили двумя семейными парами на два дня - посмотреть славный город Смоленск. Выбрали эту гостиницу - и не пожалели) Отличная гостиница: номера нам достались на первом этаже. Приятно удивились тишине за окном, будто и не в городе). У нас был вид на город (с высокого холма) и ресторан, у друзей - во двор. Прекрасные номера - чисто, свежо, классический интерьер, мягкие халаты и тапочки. Набор мыльных принадлежностей постоянно пополнялся. В душе - пол с подогревом. В коридоре кулер с холодной и горячей водой, гладильная доска. Завтраки вкусные, разнообразные. Великолепный кофе из кофемашины. Единственный момент - кондиционер работал на всю ”катушку” - холодновато с утра(. Обедали в ресторане, который находится на территории. Респект поварам - всё было очень вкусно. Девушки на ресепшн очень приветливые, отзывчивые. Посоветовали кафе рядом (потрясающее, кстати).
