Beautiful hotel, great staffs, great facilities, near to public transport like bus/subway.
It is very convenient to stay at shilla hotel. Although the room is not so big compared to other 5 stars hotel that i have stayed before.
Staff is very professional, offering assistance and very alert to any of the guests request.
Lobby is beautiful, they have sitting area, heater at the shuttle bus is very must helpful during winter. They provide free shuttle bus to tourist area. You can check at their concierge .
There is a restaurant outside the hotel but you will have to walk around 1km if you dont want to eat in-house
They have gym facilities but I didn’t get the chance to use it because of time limited but i did went for a walk at their garden.
Overall I would recommend others to stay here.

I have had the pleasure of staying at many different four seasons locations, however Four Seasons Seoul was and is by far my favorite. I flew in from the US and requested a car to pick me up at the airport in Seoul and staff was waiting for me outside when I arrived. They pre checked me in since I was traveling internationally and had arranged for me to go directly to the room. The staff was thoughtful and continued to add personal touches the entire stay. The majority of the staff is multi lingual and helped to helped to arrange transportation and exterior details of my activities and appointments. They genuinely went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and extraordinary. Cannot wait to come back!

Awesome stay at this hotel. Went there during Fall going to Winter season and the hotel is able to accommodate well! I requested for Air purifier, Fan and Iron and all is provided for free and at a fast service.
The concierge speaks very good english so highly recommended for foreigners. They have good knowledge of the area too.
The hotel is clean, might be slightly dusty in the air but the air purifier helps. For an allergic person like me, I’d say I’d come back again to this hotel!!
MOST IMPORTANTLY 1 MIN AWAY FROM THE SUBWAY. And 20mins from Myeongdong. No regrets staying here. Love it 10/10

The room is exactly the same as I stayed 10 years ago. Rooms and amenities are dated. The service is average, no personal touches, didn’t even get help with my luggage at taxi drop off. Still using small bottles of shampoo & conditioners, plastic water bottles. No Netflix or even connection to your phone. I would give this Grand Hyatt at 4* hotel only.

The hotel receptionist is very friendly, has good language skills and can answer questions quickly.
The room is clean and beautiful. I don’t know why many hotels in Korea have computers. It’s very convenient.

There is a supermarket downstairs next door. When you walk to the alley, there is a tent carriage and a good place for drinking.

Checked in after 3pm and there was a room with tub available and they allowed us to change. Check in was very seamless, housekeeping was very efficient and gave 2 bottles of water everyday. Rooms was cleaned well everyday. Gym and 18th floor was very nice. There's a GS25 within hotel lobby and plenty of bakery around if you need a quick bite. Love the place. It's about 600m walk to Myeongdong though or 1 metro station away. Can be quite inconvenient if you have huge shopping bags from Myeongdong. However it's very easy to get to the airport as there is a airport limousine bus stop within 5mins walk. Would consider staying at the main Nine Tree next time :)

Staff are very friendly and the housekeeper helped to fold my jackets nicely during housekeeping that I’ve randomly placed on the seat in my room. This is such a sweet gesture. Location is awesome too. Airport bus is just a short distance away. It’s very near to Myeongdong train station exit 3 too! Would totally be back on my next trip.

HHan Ling AliciaReally love the close proximity of the hotel. Located in the heart of Myeongdong shopping district. Everything at doorstep. All necessary amenities provided. Bath towels, face towels, hair dryer, wash sponge (never knew this existed until I came korea), toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton pad, cotton buds and even umbrella. Beds were comfortable and spacious. Booked a 3 pax room and it was big enough for us.

GGuest UserVery strategic location and near to 1 of main train station. The lady that manned the reception was very nice and explain the details patiently, and very fluent in english. Kindly noted that the price published in mytrip is for 1 person hence need to pay extra but little money to the hotel. Overall good experince and will definitely consider this value for money hotel - one of the cheapest around.

Positive:
Subway is near. Airport bus stop is just 1 min away.
Very easy to go to places in interest.
Negative:
1. Shower room water always overflow to the dry toilet area.
2. No tea bag provided unlike others international brand hotel. Do be mindful that Not all customers are coffee drinker, especially Asian n Chinese tourist.
3. No international socket and usb outlet for charging. I bought my adapter, however, it is still lose after putting it in.
4. can hear abit of sound from next room.
5. Unsure where the source of sound, can hear intermittent buzzing sound . Unsure if it from Aircon.
6. A little challenging to use the air con remote n panel, all in Korean. No universal symbol of on/off button.
7. No view from my 2nd level room Window is locked n dusty. Cant get the sunlight in due to the type of blurred out panel.

Self check in was easy at the counter. Hotel was opened in 2021, so still fairly new. Robots and Dinosaurs greeting you at main lobby.
Room is about 16-17 sq meters. Enough space to open luggage fully.
Note: Toothbrush not included. Can be purchased at 1000 won each.
Overall, love the location.

GGuest UserOverall, I had a great stay at 24 Guesthouse Myeongdong and would stay there again! PROS: -Location is prime! This was the biggest pro IMO, the metro was steps outside the building, I could easily walk to markets like Namdaemun and Myeongdong, and other attractions (like Namsan Tower, South Gate). The neighborhood has lots of restaurants and is very walkable and I felt safe whatever time I was out. -Staff is friendly and responsive. I booked through Booking.com and used their app and they promptly responded to messages. When I was on-site they were very friendly and helpful although there was varying levels of English fluency-nothing that the Papago app couldn't help with. -Staff also accommodated my long stay (7 days) since they didn't have one room open for the entire 7 days, I did have to change rooms. But I loved the hotel and location so I appreciated their flexibility and willingness to work with me. -Rooms are simple and clean -Their coffee machine made very good coffee-I really enjoyed it Neither PRO nor CON Breakfast is very simple, toast, cup of noodles, coffee and juice-I recommend heading over to Namdaemun around 9-9:30 and grabbing a fresh hotteok before heading out for the day. CONS: -Most rooms have no exterior windows and the walls were thin-bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper like me! -Hotel is on the 10th floor-that itself is not bad, but it did make me re-think whether it was worth doing a quick drop off or taking a mid-day break.

GGuest UserPhotos was taken at suite double room, spacious enough, new and clean, firm bed, good pillow, I had a very good sleep; nice bathtub, ensuite balcony at all type of rooms. Closed to subway and airport bus stop, 10 mins walk to Hongdae, very quite area. On the other hand, I’m not recommend deluxe room, it’s too small, no room for luggage, barely can’t walk after fully opened suitcase, room 809, the bathroom lighting turn off automatically for serval times during my stay, which scared me to death, I checked in at late night (2am), hotel offer late check out at 1pm even I didn’t request which is so thoughtful, but I don’t wanna stay at this haunted (?) room 🥲

YYura SongRoom was quite small. Make sure you're very comfortable with whomever you're sharing the room with because the shower and toilet are in frosted glass stalls with minimal ventilation. You can see peoples' silhouettes quite clearly through the glass. The toilet paper also felt cheap and thin. The carpet was stained so we definitely didn't walk around without slippers on (provided in the room). My suitcase fit perfectly under the bed which made it easier to navigate the room. There is a fridge and one complimentary bottled water. No full-length mirror.
They provide luggage storage if you arrive earlier than check-in. The rooftop garden on the 21st floor was very lovely, and we had late night chicken and drinks up there. No conditioner, toothbrush, or toothpaste (available for purchase in the lobby). There was a luggage scale on the first floor by the elevators which was convenient because I ended up having to repack my bags after checking the weight (which is definitely preferable to doing it at the airport!). The staff were friendly and provided extra towels upon request.
