"The service of this hotel is so good. We came from the south to travel and had barbecue in the evening. Maybe it was due to the hygiene problem of the open roadside, the old man started vomiting and diarrhea at 12:00 in the evening. We are not familiar with the port and border of this place, and we couldn’t contact the front desk. In less than 5 minutes, their manager came to our door in person to ask about our concern and made us feel very comfortable. The manager is also from the mainland. It was too late and he didn’t want to go to the hospital. As a result, they drove out in person to buy anti-diarrhea and stomach medicine for us without asking for money. It was so heartwarming. When we checked out in the morning, we saw the manager fill a pot of boiling water for our old man. With such service, it’s hard to worry about bad business.
