"Most of the surprises of the trip to Weixi came from this hotel. We stayed in the hotel for the whole day. We were very satisfied with the room. After we arrived, the staff upgraded our room, prepared fruits and made tea for us. I had read from others that you can eat in the hotel and the ingredients are very fresh and delicious. It turns out that the hotel did not cook during the Spring Festival. That night, the boss happened to have a dinner party at home and invited us to be their guests. "I had such a great stay in Tacheng, thanks to the hotel’s owner! When I planned my Yunnan trip and asked AI to help me (because of the lack of online information in English), and it recommended me to go to Tacheng to see the snub-nosed monkeys, little did I know that nothing could be done there without a car. Fellow travelers, just so you know: there are no bus stations nor taxis in Tacheng. I of course only realized it once I arrived. I felt dumb (no I do not have a car nor a driver), but the hotel’s owner was super kind and gave my friend and I free roundtrip rides, to the hotel and in the early morning to the Snub-nosed Monkey Park (that is closeby). Because the closest restaurant was 42 km away, we were given a generous and delicious dinner. (It was supposed to be 50 rmb but at the end the boss made it free.) I’m vegetarian and the boss accommodated me. The breakfast, that was included in the price, was also generous and delicious. As for the hotel, it was beautiful and comfortable. There’s a really nice living room (we were given free fruits and free beer!) and a really nice patio as well. The room was clean, the pillows were so soft and the shower was surprisingly techno. I slept very well, even though a rooster started to crow in the early morning (so remember to close the window before going to sleep). In the evening, we walked in the surroundings and I liked it so much, it was picturesque and peaceful. My stay in Tacheng could’ve been a nightmare but thanks to the hotel’s owner, I really enjoyed it (and I got to see the famous snub-nosed monkeys!) So I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, where I didn’t expect so much kindness and generosity."

"The room is large and well-equipped with complete facilities. There is a smart toilet. The design is very thoughtful and the bedding is very comfortable. The courtyard outside the room is carefully decorated and beautiful. You can sit in the courtyard to eat and enjoy the scenery. There are rice fields outside the house, which is very pastoral and quiet. However, when I originally booked the room, I went because the reviews said that the boss lady’s cooking was delicious and that breakfast was included (after all, 450 is not very cheap). However, during the two days we stayed, only the boss received us, and breakfast was the third. One day we only had eggs and white porridge. On the second day, when we expressed that we were not full and demanded some dry food, we got one steamed bun and a few pickles per person. Most of the dinner consisted of dishes that we had packed back for lunch. "The B&B is located in Visita City, transformed from 2 groups of houses and checked in at Nap Coffee Shop. The room is located on the second floor and the facilities are perfect. The breakfast is provided by the landlord with local food with Naxi characteristics. Interested guests can contact the tour itinerary of Zangyungu Winery, visit the winery and vineyard, it takes about 2-3 hours. The staff is warm and actively helps the guests."
